I got me my first diabetic shoes today. I was helped by an awesome shoe person he helped me find a perfect fit. I have been too Dale shoes before they were awesome then and even there still awesome this day. Dan is a great help. The cat was awesome as well. Never got the cats name though. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Very good shoes comfortable to.

Matthew, the pedorthist, took care of my foot impressions for custom orthotics that I had to mail away (for Birkenstocks). He had many appointment times available and took care of me efficiently, answered my questions, and did a professional job. And as far as I know, he's the only pedorthist in the area. This saved me a LOT of money on a podiatrist. Thank you, Matthew!

Dale’s Shoes has the best pedorthics in Volusia County. They also do amazing job at repairing your shoes. My dog ate my dress shoes which was over $500 and they were able to repair it like brand new.

Great selection of sandals and flip flops, especially for flat feet and wide feet. Laura helped me for about an hour trying on multiple sandals, flip flops, and shoes. I was on the fence about the sandals and flip flops but Laura was patient and didn't pressure me into anything. I decided to buy some Brooks Ghost 15 shoes because of the great service.

If you have specific issues with your feet, Dale's Shoes and Padorthics is the place to go! Besides a large selection of shoes, especially in wide widths. Be cause of an ankle brace I wear on my 1 foot, I need a 10EEEEEE and they have the New Balance I need AND had them in stock. They can also stretch existing shoes in their repair shop. This is great if you have something like a bunion!

My brother is here from chicago and has joberts syndrome all his shoes for the last 5yrs come from Dales. Bought 3 pairs and they are replacing the velcro on two shoes bought previous years. The gentleman who assisted him was empathetic and kind. Can't get this experience online!!

Great store a lot of nice selections employees are very attentive and bring a good energy to the shopping experience. Also they are very knowledgeable about the product. Its a family owned business and you feel that while you're there, I was assisted by Dan he was so helpful and friendly, he was right there to assist me I never had to look for him, that happens like never in any store I've been to so that was great! I will definitely return since I will need some shoes widened for my son and to get some more cute stuff.

My husband was looking for Brooks walking shoes and we happened to find several local area stores that sell them. Our first stop was Dale's Shoes Superstore in Daytona Beach and what an awesome experience! Full service shoe store!!!! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all! Best shoe purchase experience EVER!! Also, overheard a conversation with a sales representative helping a customer understand how she could get help from Medicare because she had special needs as a diabetic. Explained in detail the process of working with her physician. You don't get that from the big box stores or from an online site. Their prices were not any more expensive than if we had purchased them from the Brooks shoe website. I highly recommend checking out Dale's Shoes Superstore for quality brand name shoes and quality customer service!

Very good staff who were very accommodating and patient with my elderly father. I appreciate how the sales women went above and beyond. I will pay a little more for such kind and almost unheard of customer service.

Family owned and operated. Fantastic selection of shoes. Great staff. Thank Obama care with the medicaid and paperwork that has to be properly filled out and turned in on specialty shoes it is like jumping through hoops for patients and for the dr's. Best advise if you have a complaint call and talk to the owner, this company has been in the area three generations and truly cares about customers. They go above and beyond to stay open late often to assist customers.

I have never been so pampered!! I was greeted at the door by Matthew and after explaining what I was looking for he brought me shoes that were exactly what I wanted.
