I just moved to St Augustine and was very nervous about having my wisdom teeth removed as three were sideways and impacted and it was my first surgery ever. Dr. Nate was very thorough in my first consultation, Joni and Melissa were very welcoming and I knew I had found my new Dentist office! They quickly scheduled my appointment around my schedule, and assured me everything would run smoothly. I had a few questions prior to my surgery and Joni took my calls and was very helpful and professional. The day of my surgery (yesterday, actually), I was extremely nervous about the surgery and also the IV. When I arrived, they made sure I felt comfortable and gave me a crushed pill to relax me and once that set in they took me to the back to get me settled in. Melissa was amazing, very personable and sweet during my appointment. My fiancé waited for me in the lobby and they continued to keep him updated during the procedure and made sure he knew exactly what to do to care for me afterwards. He was floored by the incredible bed side manner they had shown him and is still talking about how they eased his nerves while I was in surgery and went out of their way to make him comfortable as well. After the surgery, my face was not nearly as swollen as the stories I've heard and I woke up today feeling great. Still taking my medications on time and obeying the diet instructions but I cannot believe how well my surgery went and how fast I felt back to normal. I owe it all to the staff at All About Smiles. Thank you guys so much for easing my nerves and making my experience so easy. I appreciate you guys so much! Definitely recommend this office!!!!

I found Dr. Marcia when I needed emergency dental work done and was looking for someone who took my insurance and could see me right away. I really lucked out! Dr. Marcia and her staff are wonderful! My dental health has never been better and she really takes the time to explain things and give you alternatives at different price points where applicable. The office staff is always friendly and they really go the extra mile to give you old fashioned service that seems to be so lacking nowadays! Any questions or concerns I have had were promptly addressed to my satisfaction, once again rare these days!
I really do not like the anesthetic injections but Dr. Marcia is really skilled and the discomfort is minimal. I have to rate her the BEST in this respect over all the other dentists I have ever been to. I don't believe there is such a thing as a painless dentist but she comes the closest to any I have been to.
I would HIGHLY recommend this dental practice! I have been to several dentists in my close to 60 years and All About Smiles rates in the top!!!!!!!
