The realtor ( very helpful and accommodating)is a big reason we choose to go to Anastasia Is. out of St. Augustine. Cleanliness, comfort, beauty, beach accessibility and wonderful food all are A+ accommodations. Since our first visit there we have never wanted to go to another beach facility.

We have been renting from Resort Rentals for many years without any problems. We have a very large family that meets every year in St Augustine and we rent many rooms for a week. We have not had any significant problems, and if we had any problems at all, they were quickly taken care of. We have had personal contact with employees and have always had great results. I can’t recommend Resort Rentals enough! Give them a call today!!

I wish there were stars to rate higher. We love everything about Resort Rentals in St. Augustine. The rental office personnel is exceptional, we get return calls in a timely manner, if there is an issue during our stay, it will be a remedy in less than a day. I have been in this great family of ours for almost 25 years, we rent the same week every summer in July. Have such a large family we rent out most of all the condos on lower level and some on the second floor. If there is any issues with a condo, its not the rental office's fault most of the time its the owners.

Resort Rentals are the Best in St. Augustine. We have been renting a condo in Ocean Villas for over 20 years. We have the best family reunion every year, this year attendance was 117 family members. This is our annual tradition. Can't say enough good things about the group that works in the office. It is so nice to call and they recognize you and will help with anything you need. You guys are the Best!!!!!!!

We were recommended by our friends - long time visitors to St Augustine - to book our rental through Resort Rentals as they have been doing for many years. Paul found the perfect villa for us which exceeded all of our expectations and was priced better than similar units advertised by other companies. The villa was in a wonderful location. Both decks provided great views of the ocean, sunrise and the afterglow of the sunset. Just steps away from the beach and pool. Talk about relaxing! The villa was immaculate and stocked with the necessary amenities to make for a comfortable stay. Resort Rentals Management was very helpful - all of our questions were answered and checking in and out was so easy! The property was beautifully maintained. We enjoyed being within walking distance to restaurants and shopping and just a short ride to the downtown St Augustine area. We can't wait to come back next year!

I have been coming to St Augustine Beach for years, and I am always looking for the best rates and services. I came across Resort Rentals of St Augustine a few years ago. They have many rental choices. I did a rate comparative and was nicely surprised by how much BETTER their rates are. That was the first step to choosing them, but their customer service is GREAT as well. I had to cancel my first reservation last minute due to Covid. They were very kind, and did not charge me a dime. I rescheduled and was very happy with the beautiful 3-bdrm, 3.5 bath OF unit - great rental, easy process to get keys, etc. I booked the same unit again and was just as happy. I booked a 2-bedroom for later in 2023. The team I have dealt with (Paul and Kelly) are great to work with - I highly recommend using St Augustine Resort Rentals!

Our family of 8 has spent a week during Christmas break at Ocean Villas for three years and we anticipate renting from them again this year. We were drawn to Resort Rentals initially by the way they do business - more personal and old-fashioned in a good way. There are less extra fees and more value for the money.
All of our communication with them has been clear, timely and check in and check out have been very smooth.

My family of five stayed June 2022 in a 3 bedroom condo at Seaside At Anastasia and had a flawless experience. Quick check-in. Accommodations were as described. Great value for the location. They were able to find us accommodations that met all our needs and in our budget. Any questions or concerns during our four month stay were addressed quickly. If you are looking for a great team to work with to make your stay easy and worry free they meet the mark! The condo's we stayed in were well appointed, clean and comfortable.

In April 2022 we contacted Resort Rentals of St. Augustine regarding a one week rental at Ocean Villas Condos in St. Augustine Beach. Wow, what a surprise working with Paul who professionally and seamlessly took care of our reservations! No hassle, great advice and ease of payment along with keys, parking passes and copies of condo rules and regulations ready in the after hours lockbox at their office. Reasonable, inclusive rental prices with no add on fees like VRBO and Air B&B. Plus the condo was recently renovated and very clean. Ocean views and the grounds were phenomenal! Would definitely recommend Resort Rentals of St. Augustine and we plan to contact Paul and visit again, possibly in October but definitely April 2023.

We've been doing business with Resort Rentals for dang near 15 years and they are the best. My husband and I were very pleased with our condo booking! Paul responded promptly to my email looking for an ocean view rental. The pricing was great, and he answered all my questions and concerns. Kelly called the morning of our planned arrival with check-in instructions as they are still in the midst of contactless check-in/out procedures, I wasn't prepared to write down the info and she offered to send the info to me via text...which I greatly appreciated. Upon our arrival the condo was very clean and easy to access. The views were amazing and the pool and beach access were nice amenities. Our condo was well stocked with everything we needed to feel like our home away from home. The furniture/bedding were all comfortable. We will definitely use Resort Rentals of St. Augustine for future trips!

We rented a Condo from Resort Rentals of St. Augustine for my daughters birthday in May. I was so impressed from our first conversation until I dropped the keys off at the end of our stay! Everyone I spoke with was friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns timely. The Condo was absolutely perfect. On the first day we were already talking about other events that would allow us to rent from them again! I highly recommend them to everyone looking for a hassle-free, beautiful and relaxing place to stay!! The condo was close to a grocery store and 20 minutes away from downtown St. Augustine.
