Great atmosphere on the beach! Loved the alligator bites and drink options!

What a beautiful beach home! Everything about this home was just perfect for our retreat! The views were breath-taking and the inside and outside space were second to none. The kitchen was spacious and well accommodated as were the bedrooms....the whole house was exactly what we were looking for. We give it a 5 star and highly recommend it!! We'll definitely be returning!

One of the best places to get away from it ALL. A little expensive but it quickly proves it's worth

We came down from PA for a friend's wedding like 3 years ago and our families stayed at this place. I think about this place ALL the time now. It sleeps A LOT of people and the rooms are gorgeous!! It's right on the beach and it's so calming. I want to go back and stay there again. I LOVED this place!!

We stayed in Cottage #2, checked in on February 2nd and stayed two weeks, the cottage was GREAT!! We are thinking about coming back next year, Linda was a great host, as I have back issues she found a recliner for me!! The house was immaculate, had a full kitchen at our disposal, great bathrooms, provided all towels, including beach towels,
had a BEAUTIFUL view off the balcony of the beach!! The cottage was situated right next to the beach, had beach chairs provided too, and had only a short walk to get on rhe beach, I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone, it is quite and restful. In addition, the cottage has a washer and dryer, a full size two door refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils, glasses, plates, etc. TV's in all bedrooms, and a DVD player with the TV in the living room. The flower beds and palm trees were very well maintained. This place is just like home!!!

The experience of staying in the Historic Lady home coupled with Linda's professionalism are what a great vacation is all about. Thank you Linda. We will be back!!

The townhouse was so clean! They also are very thoughtful in the little things( like extra batteries for the remote) and laundry detergent to get you started. The walk to the beach was nice.

Cottage 4 was so clean, well taken care and very romantic!!! Will definitely be booking again! Perfect for a couples getaway! Thank you Linda

A nice little getaway vacation house on he beach

The Chautauqua St. Augustine Fl has not been renovated and the last review was posted 2 years ago. The pictures on the website is deceiving giving a bright and airy appearance. We were a group of 14 individuals trying to share a weekend with classmates who had turned 60 years old. The Chautauqua had a stench of mildew and the furniture appeared to be very old. We asked for our payment to be returned to us immediately as to find somewhere else to stay for the weekend. The manager Linda contacted her husband to meet with us. Well to say the least he was very understanding and professional and allowed us to follow him to retrieve the monies we'd originally paid. While we did not like the Chautauqua, the management team gets an A+ for rectifying an issue that could have proved disastrous.
