We had a very challenging house to sell and had initially gone with a different realtor before enlisting Jennifer and her agency. I recall our first visit with Jennifer. She laid out a marketing plan which included multiple open houses and using her contacts to garner interest. We had several deals that didn't work out. She never gave up on it.
We had one offer that was particularly challenging and she went out of her way to wait several hours for the person to drop off a check to her but he never showed up. After getting a bit of a runaround from this person and just when I thought there was no hope, she found an eager buyer which we accepted their backup offer. Bingo. House sold. I wish we had used Jennifer and Beach State Realty to start with. You will not go wrong with her. I am elated that our house is sold. Thank you Jennifer for all you did for us.

I have known Justin for many years. When I retired and was buying a home for the first time Justin took very good care of me and all my needs with patience and understanding.
