This is a great place! The ocean view is spectacular. The kitchen is a dream. I wish I had it in my house. It is right out of HGTV. The location can't be beat. Great restaurants and a coffee shop just around the corner. Try the Kookabura and Mango Mangos my favorites!

These folks are awesome! Tried to book another place, through another agency, and it was a nightmare. Called these guys and booked a much better place for a better price! We will always call them for future stays

REVIEW FOR SUGAR SAND VILLA UNIT B
I had previously stayed at the downstairs unit, which is Unit A. In general I think that one is in better shape, that’s why I decided to go back only this time just Unit B was showing available, so I took it. The first night of my stay when I started to run the dishwasher I noticed there was a detergent capsule that the plastic wrapping had not dissolved. I replaced it with a new and different kind that had no plastic wrapping but after the dishwasher completed its cycle, the detergent capsule had just fallen into the bottom of the dishwasher and the dishes were still dirty. Clearly the dishwasher was not working because I also found some dirty dishes in the cabinet so I had to wash everything by hand. I let the management office know. They said they would send someone. No one came during that entire day. I called that afternoon and got a very rude response saying that they had left a message telling me no one was coming that day but the following (which my stay was only for 4 days including arrival and departure). I didn’t have any missed calls or messages from them. The third day of my stay someone came around 10:30 am and said they probably needed to replace the whole thing because it looked like the motor was not working. I left to go to the beach and came back at 2pm to find out nothing had been done. During a conversation with whom I believe is the owner, he said that housekeeping claimed that the dishwasher was working prior to my arrival, insinuating that I was lying about it. I asked if they could offer any type of partial refund for the inconvenience and all they offered was $25, which I thought was kind of a meaningless gesture. I had had to wash all the dirty dishes from the previous guests by hand as well as all the dishes that I used, and there was not even a drying rack. It was supposed to be a very relaxing short trip to decompress from daily life. I told the owner that I was disappointed with their customer service and that they could expect this review from a very unsatisfied client. He responded asking if I meant I that I would not post the review if I got the $25 refund. Honestly? Unbelievable. I would probably look at other properties if you’re planning on visiting St. Augustine. If this is an example of their problem resolution I cannot recommend them. Oh and guess what? I did not receive the 25 dollar refund.
