I currently own 6 properties in MA & Florida & have bought and sold a lot more... I am a licensed realtor in MA & have worked & known a lot of realtors over the years... but no agency or realtors are better than Katie Shearer & Robin Arnold of Endless Summer Realty. My duplex is currently on the market with Katie & I have close friends that I don't trust as much as her. She is fair to a fault & as honest and ethical as anyone I've ever done business with. We rented a unit on the beach in St. Augustine Beach to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The unit was great and we had an enjoyable time creating a lot of wonderful memories.

My daughter was renting one of their units for her 25th birthday. I wanted to surprise her with some balloons and her favorite dessert. I contacted Jamie and asked if this would be possible. I sent the balloons and dessert, and Jamie and her team did the rest! They went above and beyond what was expected and really surprised my girl!!! Thank you so so much!

Belinda Raven is one of the most knowledgeable, sweetest, dedicated Realtors I have ever worked with! She knows so much about the homes she shows us. She is accurate, on time, wonderful to be around! Belinda Raven was a pleasure to work with! She was very helpful and knowledgable! Kevin is the best realtor I have ever worked with. He helped me buy a home during the COVID-19 pandemic and honestly it was easier than any experience I’ve ever had. From the day we called around to list a property we knew we were in good hands. Belinda was the first realtor out of 5 realtors to answer her phone, do follow up and respond promptly. From that day she was always prompt in responding to our calls, text and emails. It is so important that you have the right realtor when you are buying or selling a home.
There are allot of realtors that are floating arounf that are simply looking to close a deal or do whats best for them, not you. We listed our property in St. Augustine that was tenant occupied and Belinda coordinated showings with our tenants schedule and quickly got the home under contract. I've used Endless Summer Realty to assist us with vacation rentals in St. Augustine a few times now and I can definitely say that each experience was really great with each person I've worked with.

Robin Arnold assisted my family with a rental at 11 3rd Street for this trip and it couldn't have worked better for our party of 5. We have 3 kids, 8, 2.5 and 11 months. We stayed from Friday-Monday in June.

When we arrived at the address we were a little confused at which unit that it was but figured it out quickly as there were only a few units in the building. It's a small white building with a unit on the second story on the end and individual spaces for cars to park directly in front of the building.

The unit we stayed in was 1 story, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a large backyard space with seats and a table and umbrella. The master bedroom had a king bed, flatscreen tv, chest of drawers, bathroom and sliding glass doors that led to the patio. The next room had 2 twin beds, a flat screen tv, a large closet and armoire. The main bathroom was the biggest and had a huge walk in shower. Perfect for the little ones after the beach! The kitchen was bright and clean, full of cabinets and nice updated stainless steel applicances. The kitchen came with basic tools you would need to cook with (pots, pans, knives-groceries not included). I had brought some groceries with me but I needed to pick up more. Luckily, Publix and Winn Dixie are really close by. There was a little table with 5 chairs to eat at and 2 stools for a small space on the kitchen counter. The unit also had a new washer and dryer.

The unit was clean and nicely furnished with beach art and decor throughout. The linens were modern and soft and in great condition. There were also beach chairs, umbrellas and extra beach towels available for use. We definitely utilized those when it was time to head to the beach.

There are some great food options walking distance as well. The Kookaboora, is a great coffee shop and Crave is a little cafe that offers smoothies, salads and wraps. A1A Taco Shop was a nice little Mexican option as well.

*House rental tip*- when using house rentals and traveling with little ones, make sure to check all lower cabinets for cleaning products or small items curious little hands can grab easily. It's easier for them to access chemicals without the child locks. I did a quick walk through and was glad I did because my son was opening cabinets all weekend long.

I will definitely recommend using a service like Endless Realty because Robin was very professional from the time of the request to the sending of options, to confirming and following up to the day of arrival. They have a great website and it's full of options and pictures.

I can't wait to return to St. Augustine and use Endless Summer again! Thanks Robin!
