My sisters and I were contacted in California by a gentleman that bought a parcel of land in St. Augustine from our now deceased parents 24 years prior. It seemed there was incorrect information in the survey that went unchecked until the gentleman was ready to sell the parcel in 2021. He and his attorney asked us to sign certain documents to straighten it out. But we didn't know if the request was legit, or if the gentleman was trying to acquire a larger parcel he was not entitled to. Although both sisters are CA attorneys, Florida property law and Florida probate is different. Good lawyers know when they need a good lawyer. He checked the survey, got a new one done, got the deed and other paperwork straightened out. And got the three of us a modest cash return for our trouble. John Ginn was very helpful and the staff was friendly. John was helpful even with a pretty unreasonably shot timeframe. He was able to pretty much get what I needed complete without too much delay. He represented me well in contract negotiation for a small business, and assisted in added protections for me. Pleased with the service. In the future I will be sure to reach out earlier so there is no delay on our timeline.
