David is always there when I need help. I called him crying 3 years ago when my mortgage closing lender was trying to charge me $7k a year for flood insurance! He looked at everything and got it sorted and stoppedmy tears! Now I am going through a HELOC process currently and he has been IMMEDIATE with all their outrageous demands and adjustments to my insurance. I appreciate you David!

I was searching for new homeowner's insurance in the state of Florida, which currently is a hot mess situation. State Farm dropped me and I'd been working with three different agencies to get new insurance. This company was the only one that answered all my questions and tried to stay encouraging as well as sympathetic to what I was going through. They answered in a timely fashion. And after I had work done on my house that was required, I again reached out to these same three agents, and Beck Agency was the first to respond and take care of getting me the new policy. I did not hear from the other two agents for another week or so. Beck Agency and Melanie especially showed great customer service and care. She even stayed in contact over a weekend to make sure I got my policy secured. Thank you, Beck Agency!

They don't answer the phone, and they don't return emails. David wrote me a policy that was cancelled a month or so afterwards without my knowledge, and he never reached out to me. At first, when I suspected that my policy was not active, I sent David several pleading emails and left several messages asking him to help me figure out what was going on. No response. Nothing. I was surprised considering how friendly and responsive he initially seemed when he accepted me as a customer. I suggest looking elsewhere for an insurance agent. If he ghosted me, he'll probably ghost you, too. Having a communicative and professional insurance agent is extremely important. Move past this one and save yourself some trouble.

If I could give his agency less than 1 star I would. It is the worst customer service and concern for a client’s interest I have ever experienced in my life, across any business platform. Steer clear of this insurance agency.

My coworker has been waiting on his return money (hard-earned money) since August 14th. It is owed from March 20, 2023. He never received a policy for his home. Based on my co-worker’s experience and stress this company has caused, I would never recommend this insurance company!

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional. I would give zero stars, but it’s not an option.
