Sea Place Resort Rentals

This will depend on the unit you stay in but ours was clean and well-equipped. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach.

We stayed at Sea Place 12229 in St. Augustine‘s for the first time in October. The condo feels very spacious, the decor is very inviting, and the kitchen has everything a cook would need. The master bedroom is large and the king size bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing on the upper and lower balconies. The location is convenient to the sights of historic downtown St. Augustine’s but an easy drive to the natural beach areas. It’s also convenient to excellent restaurants, many of these and other sites we found in the helpful owners’ guide. There’s an excellent boardwalk access to a very wide and beautiful beach, great for fishing or fun in the surf. We found loads of seashells, and were amazed to find many starfish. We look forward to our next trip back to Sea Place.

I have been coming here for years and it is a great spot. Perfect location with a couple pools in the complex as well as private beach access. The grounds are taken care of nicely. The condos are privately owned, so each one is going to be different and so are the prices. I have rented 3 different units over the years and I have not had a bad expierince yet. I also make sure to look at all the details to make sure the condo has what I am looking for before I book. Can’t beat the location and price when taking about a 2/3 bedroom condo a family can stay in vs the cost of getting 2 hotel rooms at a hotel on the beach.

Great complex for families. easy access to beach and choice of 2 pools. Well maintained grounds and close to restaurants and downtown.
