Mr. Rogers that works in Mrs. Verden office is very nice and helpful. I have been having issues with the Allstate insurance phone operators. So I walked into the office and told my issue. Mr. Rogers was very helpful and nice. He did all he could to assist me with getting my forms to the right department. I received prompt and courteous assistance.

The Vereen agency is great. They're fair, willing to work with you, prices are great, plenty of options and treat you like family. Thanks allstate for being there when needed. Don't know what I'd do without ya'll.

Provides Excellent Service

The staff at this location have no knowledge of billing/ breakdowns etc.I phoned in the beginning of the month to add a new car and drop a old one, I was told that my next bill would be fairly low because the policy was renewing. I checked my bank account this week and the premium amount of my old car was deducted. I phoned in to inquire and I was told something about the new are and old car( no clear understanding). Then I was told June I will have to pay a higher amount over $500 bucks. No one has no idea what the 500 is for. Then I was told the amount for may was close to $400 ( they don't know how or why). Then tell me I'll send you the bill. How can you send me a bill for me to understand THAT YOU YOURSELF CANNOT EXPLAIN. Also i'm told we will send you a statement regarding the $500 that due in June. UNACCEPTABLE when you can't explain to me why that's the premium amount. Told me anything to get me off the phone and got upset with me because they had no clue of how to explain things to me. I am cancelling my policy and finding another company who cares enough to get the owner or manager on the line if they cannot explain things.
