Seaside At Anastasia Condos

Rented unit E102 April 2024. A beautiful unit, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well stocked. We loved the area, many restaurants and shops and an easy walk to the beach. Seaside at Anastasia is a lovely property that we enjoyed and will very likely return. Only slight negative was our unit could have used some beach chairs and umbrellas.

Condo A304
This place was incredible. It was EXACTLY as pictured. It was tastefully decorated with quality furniture and high-end appliances. It was very spacious for the five of us.
We brought our own beach things but didn't need any of it. This condo was so well equipped. They really thought of everything. You just need to bring your suitcase!
The condo was clean and well maintained. The pool was very convenient and a great option after the beach. It was very close to the beach with many stores and restaurants nearby.
I would go back again tomorrow!

What a beautiful condo in the perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious and clean condo. All the amenities you need are available in a peaceful and quiet setting. We’ll be back for sure. Special thanks to Jamie at Sovereign and Jacob’s for finding this gem for us. And for making the booking process seamless.

We had a sublime experience here. Only negative was one or two grumpy grandpas that don't appreciate owners renting out their units to people like us. We try to respect them, and it was OK, but it's clear these few only want seniors there.

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed at. Very well maintained with a beautiful view. Close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Very friendly people.

We enjoyed a week at Seaside. The location is excellent, right across from the pier park and easy beach access. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was an issuew with the pool for a few days but everyone was helpful so it was a nice stay with family and a number of young grand kids.

We are staying at seaside in condo F204 and it is wonderful. Feels like home. It’s clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable.
The pool is nice as is the clubhouse and the beach is right across the street.

Beautiful, extremely well taken care of condo. Gated, quiet and private. We stayed in 305f on the third floor. Beautiful balcony that overlooked the pool and the strip. But not so close you hear the traffic. Beach directly across the street. Great surf spot and beach.

The pond and landscaping are beautiful! The bond is lean and spacious. There are more than enough fluffy towels. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal. Did I mention that the beds are super comfy? We are really enjoying our stay.

Amazing experience. Air conditioning works great. Rooms are nice. Not really into tile flooring but it works well when trying to get beach sand off the floor. It's very bright with all the great window lighting. And it has a very nice view to a nicely colored pond.

I strongly recommend this condo! It is conveniently located across the road from the beach. You are within walking distance to almost anything you could want. We stayed in A303. It was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We had a screened in balcony and watched the sun rise over the ocean every morning. We love this place and we will be staying in this same condo again. A303 is awesome!!!

Beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, fully stocked. Move in ready. Great location for anything you might want. Can't wait to come back next year. I highly recommend it. Management was very accommodating . Can't say enough. Thanks Jamie and Cindy.

Very nice place to spend our vacation! Great central location. Lots of close restaurants to walk to and a 5 minute walk to the beach! We would definitely stay here again! 🏖

So glad to have found Seaside at Anastasia! Next year will be our third year renting the same condo, and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The condo itself is well cared for and the on site Coastal Realty staff is easily accessible and ready to help with any concerns. The proximity to the beach as well as to the city of St Augustine, with all it has to offer, is ideal. It is our home away from home for sure.

Everything was great! The only negative was it's not right on the ocean/beach. However the pool was a salt water pool & meticulously clean. In fact the whole complex was very well maintained!

Beautiful Community right across the street from beach, st Johns co Pier, playground, and splash pad. Walking distance to great restaurants. Activities for residents and a rental program.

Just home from staying there and it was fantastic, close to the beach and within walking distance to 2 bars/restaurants. Also the pool was really nice and the view from the condo was brilliant.

Very clean, comfortable and well outfitted.
Kitchen could use better knives and a more complete set of pots and pans.

These are lovely condos, with plenty of room and a pleasant balcony view of a center pond. Excellent location near the St. Augustine Beach pier.
