Amy went above and beyond making sure the transfer of ownership was seamless and pleasurable for both buyer and us, the seller. Amy specializes in commercial real estate but I also highly recommend her for residential transactions as well. We have done both types with her.

Debbie Da Silva did an awesome job selling our dad’s house. It was quite painless and sold 1 day after the listing and over asking price. The photographers were also outstanding. We will certainly call Debbie again if we ever have a need for a realtor. This is our third time working with Debbie! Thank you.

I cant say enough on the my real estate agent Alyssa Thomazin she gets way more then 5 stars!!!!! My sister is a stroke recovery person. Alyssa was so patient with both her and I explaining everything, if we had a question she would respond right away! If we wanted her to come over for ANYTHING she would she was wonderful that our house sold in 1 day! then she found a hotel for me to stay in until I came to Ga. I really can not say enough about her except if you want your house sold she is your agent!!!!!! She is like family!!

I can't say enough great things about Shannon Boahn from Berkshire Hathaway!! Shannon was recommended to help us find a rental home in St.Augustine Florida.The first time speaking to her on the phone my fiance and I knew she was special! We spoke with many,many other agents from different realtor agencies but they could not hold a candle to Shannon! She listened to all of our wishes and concerns. She helped us lock in a rental in the 3 days we were in Florida.( we are moving from New York ) She helped us over and beyond!! She knows her business and doesn't just tell you what you want to hear.
