I am extremely happy and impressed with the service provided at this property. The maintenance man J Mac really gets things done quickly and efficiently. After move in I had an issue with my washer and upon inspection J changed my washer out immediately, all by himself, and i live on the 3rd floor! Within 30 minutes I was doing laundry 😁 Amazing 👏👏🙌

Also- huge shout out to Melissa and Gene!! They are both so understanding and attentive and helpful I'm so grateful that they are here if I need anything 🙂

Our son has lived here for the past two years. The office manager Jean is absolutely amazing and helpful. I know he is extremely busy as this is a large complex but he has ALWAYS returned our calls and has ALWAYS assisted our son in the rental process. He went from a one bedroom which was very comfortable and large to a three bedroom the following year with NO issues. THANK YOU , JEAN, for always being knowledgeable, professional, and understanding to our concerns. YOU ARE THE BEST!!! and do an AMAZING job!!!

I love living here! It’s quiet and secluded but close to everything. Any time I have a maintenance issue, they are quick to get it fixed (the maintenance guys are awesome) the office staff is very nice and Eugene is fantastic! I’ve moved a lot in the last 3 years and I’m glad to call this place home!

Love, love, love Integra Shores! One of the best places I’ve stayed. The staff is friendly and always doing their best to make sure everything is set. The residents are friendly. They do more for their community than other places. No complaints!

Going into my 1st month of living here and it has been awesome. The property is very well kept, it's quiet, clean and appealing to the eye. . Mr .Harris and Melissa are awesome. They are always courteous and very professional. They made my move here a breeze. This company should be happy to have them aboard. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends.

Came here to give a great review for “J-Mack” in the maintenance dept. We had been waiting awhile to get a few things fixed due to miscommunication in the office, but when he showed up he was very efficient, polite, and communicative and handled everything! Great job man!

Appliances need updating but John is always on top of maintenance requests to fix things quick.

Moved in about 2+ months ago, and have been thrilled with the location, grounds, quiet nature of both the complex and the physical structure. Marissa and Mayra in the office have been EXTREMELY helpful and proactively communicate with you, and Tim from maintenance was great to work with earlier today resolving an issue left by the prior tennant. My only complaints are the the gym hours are prohibitive for my schedule, and there is a fair bit of road noise from Strickland Range when outside on the patio or in my bedroom. Not noticeable from other rooms because the buildings are pretty well sealed though, so it's really not a problem.

From start to finish it was a very nice apartment community. Marisa K. was so nice and very informative explaining all the leasing options and ammenities and was so good following up on any items we may have had, throughout our rental period. Location was great and was a gated community and would recommend anyone needing short term or long term rental.

My family has lived at Integra Shores for 15 months and we just renewed our lease. Our apartment is large and bright and very modern with up to date appliances and a washer and dryer in our unit. We did not have any maintenance issues in the past 15 months. We have neighbors of all ages and they are all very nice and friendly. We use the pool just about every day and we love it. We also cook out on the gas grills on a regular basis. We love that we can go into the clubhouse and use the sink and refrigerator when we are cooking out. My husband uses the gym and my son uses the computer center. We were able to rent garages which is a big bonus with apartment living. We have two dogs and they have adapted to apartment life with no problems. They like the dog park and the doggie treats in the office. We are enjoying our beautiful, maintenance free apartment, and all of the wonderful amenities at Integra Shores and would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury apartment.

My apartment is breath taking, the price point on the space that I get is incredible. It’s located close enough to the entertainment district that it’s a 12 min drive, close to all the best shopping in town AND 5 min from I-95

The leasing agents were AMAZING to work with.

My only advice is this. If you work a late second shift, GET A GARAGE if one is available. Parking is my only frustration, I wish more thought would have gone into the parking lot OR that every client gets one assigned parking spot.

Other than that little hiccup amazing I’d give it ten stars if I could.

This is such a beautiful place to live. The management company does an amazing job with the landscaping and keeping everything clean. The pool and pool area (including 3 very nice gas grills and stone fire place) is well maintained and ALWAYS clean. The gym has all the equipment you need and you will never have to fight with a broken piece of equipment. The grounds are well lit at night and safety is their number one priority. Maintenance is always quick to respond (same day response) to any need and is always willing to help (even after hours). The company is pet friendly and always has bowls of treats around the main building. They also host family friendly activities for the residents (Examples: Movie by the pool, pool parties with pizza, bouncy house and photo booth). I could go on and on about living here! Everyone is so nice!

I don't usually take the time to write reviews on my experiences, but i felt like it was necessary to write a review on this one! I just moved to Florida this past year and apartment searching on top of relocating was a nightmare, the customer service in this town was horrible. I didn't know where to begin, and I was getting so frustrated. I was referred by a co-worker to Integra Shores, and wow, what a relief! The customer service was amazing from when I walked in to see the apartments, picked up my keys to my new home, and even now while I am still a happy resident here. I love the Staff, they are all so welcoming and kind, they are hands on and the property is really kept well. I also love the Resident events, they put so much effort into them and I've met so many new friends! I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you all so much!

I lived here for about a year and a half. The staff was great and took care of any issues I had in a timely manner. The apartment was in great shape and quiet. Pool was fantastic and I used the grills several times a week. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone moving into the area. Thanks again, Brian

This complex is one of the best in Daytona. The staff here will always help you if you have a question and the maintenance crew is always on top of things. They will usually have your problem fixed the same day or the following day. The pool area is very well kept and the grilling area is one of the best that I have seen in an apartment. The gym is also really great, its clean and they have good quality machines, treadmills, and free weights. All the amenity's are open till 11Pm which is a huge thing for me because work till 9pm every night and I still have time for a workout once I get home for the night.

I love living out here! It's a very nice and quiet complex. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and very helpful. I have had maintenance emergencies where my air broke (which can happen anywhere) after hours and the maintenance man came out at 10:30pm and fixed it. These apartments definitely feel like home!

A great place to call "home". My husband and I recently got married and Integra is our first home together and we love it! The front desk ladies are always so kind and super helpful. Our apartment is beautiful, we live on the 3rd floor in the dogwood model. We enjoy the high ceilings and incredible lighting we get from all the windows.

We love living at Integra Woods Apartments and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Palm Coast. I have nothing but great things to say about this place.

I have a family member who lives there and so I am a pretty frequent visitor. I love everything about the place except for the amount of dog poop that is NOT cleaned up by the owners. Many people are so good about cleaning up and the complex has poop bag stations all over the place. It is probably just a few who ignore this. It makes it very uncomfortable to walk around (even when I walk my dog), not to mention it is very unsanitary). I think that the complex should charge a heftier fee to ALL dog owners and also have the grounds crew increase their efforts.
