I have been a customer for many years with Spickelmier Insurance. I started off with auto and home insurance because my brother in-law recommended that I go here. The service that I get from Jon and his company is second to none. He always goes above and beyond with any issue or question that I have. I consider myself a very small fish when it comes to insurance coverage but he always makes me feel like I am the most important client. Imagine that a company that still knows how business is done. It is refreshing in this day and age. Keep up the OUTSTANDING work!

Between Jon and Adrienne they get the job done with ease and they make getting insurance a pleasant experience! Some of the nicest people you'll meet and they are extremely informative. Highly recommend

When the agent herself says you may want to have another agency on back up

Not even knowing that my insurance had been canceled for 5 months it took my lender to say hey somethings wrong.

I contact my agent and I’m told “not much I can do”

Get lender and agent on phone. All three of us determined the insurance company and the title company have made a issue. To proceed and find me new insurance

5 days later the agency is still trying to get the insurance that did not inform me or my lender I had no insurance.

At this moment I’m officially mad. I needed insurance mistake or not I need insurance.

Agent proceeds to tell me not much she can do and my premium will go up and I should have another agency on back up.

1.it’s not my fault my insurance got canceled literally your job.
2. I have another agency and as a younger home owner with friends buying homes for their first time. I will ensure they know my story and not go through this Agency.

I think they all retired! no one calls you back. Horrible - happy fising
