Century Dunes

We really enjoy living here! Amenities are great. Having a gym open 23h it’s a bonus! Neighbors are friendly and respectful making Century Dunes a great place to live specially if you juts moved to Deland.

This place has everything you could possibly need! It’s quiet, the people so far are friendly, and a huge thing for me is it feels so safe. Bryanna in the front office has been so wonderful to work with! She answered all my questions (which I had a few!) during my application process and tour, continually being patient and kind with everything that came up. She’s the perfect person to help people find their new home. Anytime I need anything someone is always available and willing to help which is amazing. I love it here, thank you!! 😊

I recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed living environment.

The recent changes with the new management team have been excellent!

From the moment they took over, there are improvements in the property, common areas and amenities. Everything seems cleaner, better maintained, and more inviting.

EJ and Bryanna have been very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. The maintenance staff is very efficient, they work on the maintenance requests promptly, and they’re polite and friendly too.

I also enjoy the monthly events that they organize with drinks and food for residents to mingle and connect with neighbors!

Moved into this complex two months ago. I have been very pleased from moment one. Kind efficient office staff, quiet neighbors, enjoying the amenities, love the surrounding area, safe, great location (I-4, beach, Orlando, theme parks). No regrets moving here! Thankful for my peaceful life here.

I want to take a moment to say WOW. I had a fantastic experience touring Century Dunes with my family. I am currently looking for a family member to relocate to the area. Even though I was not moving in, I met such a great staff that day. We took a tour with the property manager (EJ), which is not always expected in this business, but he treated us with so much respect and was knowledgeable about the area. Then we went back to the office after touring the property to meet the leasing consultant and what I believe to be the maintenance staff. I know I am not the one looking for a place to stay, but if I were relocating, this would be my pick. I commend the staff and team for making this place feel like home. The same thing I told my family member will be the same thing I tell everyone else this is the place to be and the right staff to be with in this town.

EJ the community manager is really awesome. I visited the community a week ago with my daughter looking to relocate. He showed me around the community and I fell in love with the 2 bedroom. I’m not looking to move until the fall but he helped me locked in on moving here and how perfect this property is for us. only signing my lease if he’s still here!

Century Dunes is regaining a sense excellence and community. From the awestrucking events...to the food trucks bringing unique flair...and the beautification and upkeep of surroundings--- this community exemplifies a top notch property to live----- this transformation is all because of the great Management, Maintenance and Office staff!
Loving it at the Dunes!!

Mady is very helpful and friendly. She knows us by first name when we are out and about. We love the dog park, walking area, deck and the pool! We can’t wait to sit by the pool once we are settled in. It’s like living at a resort without the expense. The grounds are esthetic and well kept. We love out new neighbors. 5 star treatment. If there is an issue it is fixed promptly. The gated community provides extra piece of mind in this crazy world. Shopping, dining and work is close by which is a bonus.

Bryanna goes above and beyond for the tenants here at century Dunes. She exceeds expectations every time, when needing copies of my lease, helping with maintenance request, and even going the extra mile to recommend internet for my home. I am always greeted with a smile and just treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. Honestly all the staff in the office and maintenance are so sweet and I love living here. It has been a year so far and I look forward to renewing my lease. I also have a teen daughter who takes the bus and everyday she talks about how she goes in and makes coffee in the office and how sweet and warm Bryanna is with her and asks her about her day etc. I love when people go above and beyond for my child, its honestly the little Things and I am so appreciative, its like family here. She deserves a raise as she is an asset to the company. Thank you all :) Stay Blessed

As a resident of Century Dunes Apartments, I cannot speak highly enough of Bryanna, our leasing agent. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the happiness and satisfaction of every resident. Bryanna's kindness knows no bounds; she's always ready with a smile and a helping hand whenever needed. Her dedication to creating a welcoming and supportive community truly sets her apart. Whether it's addressing maintenance issues promptly or simply checking in to see how we're doing, Bryanna's genuine care shines through in everything she does. I stopped by the community on last week and met EJ the community manager who was amazing. We toured the community and he showed me a 2 bedroom unit, which I fell in love with. I’m not looking to move until later in the year, but I can’t wait to come back and work with EJ.

Hate that I’m moving out unfortunately it’s for school. If not, I would stay another year! Since the new staff took over at the end of last year, it’s been amazing living at Century Dunes warm friendly & attentive staff, quick responsive maintenance. All of these things describes Brandon, Bryanna and EJ!.

EJ is a life saver! I got locked out after 7:30 tonight and he just so happened to be in the office. I had no idea but I went up to front to wait for locksmith and my bf to come home. EJ was able to help me and I know he didn’t have to a let me into my apartment. Thank you so so so very much!

Move in process was smooth and easy! Bryanna did an amazing job getting me moved in asap and was so helpful in the process!

I have been having difficulty using the app for Century Dunes. EJ and Bryanna were very patient with me my issues. Always pleasant to deal with them. Excellent customer Service.

This place is a breath of fresh air compared to other properties I have lived in. If you love the DeLand area
and want to rent this is a great place. When choosing an apartment always keep in mind that there will always be noise and unfortunately not everyone takes pride in where they live. Most importantly not everyone was raised to be respectful. Apartment living is not always a walk in the park. I do highly recommend this community. It has been pleasant and for the most part peaceful to live here. The amenities are beautiful. I have nothing but great things to say about maintenance and management.
