Panama Hattie's

First time visiting and man what a great experience! Staff was pleasant, fun, and courteous. The food was amazing. At first I was skeptical because who would charge close to $30 for fish and chips for example, but the massive amount of fish with excellent meat to breading ration was spot on. All of our dishes were wonderful and the mixed drinks we consumed were super yummy.

Delicious! Salmon was grilled to perfection. One of my older kids ordered the pricier but delicious Grouper Bowl… it was awesome! Service was excellent. Reserved online and didn’t wait.. it was on Monday but still had quite a few patrons at 8pm. Salads were great and French onion soup was as well. Everything that we ordered was well prepared and presented. Will return on our next visit!

I love that it was in walking distance of our hotel. The food was pretty. I had the salmon bowl. The coleslaw was kale based which wasn’t bad at all. Very spacious inside with options to dine in or outdoors, up or downstairs.. definitely will try this place again when in town.

Nice atmosphere, very pleasant staff. Clean environment. Food was great. Also ask for a Miami vice. I always get them when I go out but this was the best in Saint Augustine so far. 5 stars.

The food was great and came in huge portions. We were able to be seated quickly thanks to the awesome hostess, AJ. The servers were friendly and there was fantastic live music outside. I got the chicken Caesar salad with blackened chicken and I loved it. Highly recommend going here if you’re in the area!

Our Absolutely Favorite dinning place in St Augustine!!! Food more than superb Service Top Shelf,..Paul the manager will make you feel right at Home. We go at least 3 to 4 times a Month Absolutely LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT PANAMA HATTIES..they work hard to keep Everyone Happy the Drinks are Great..I have tried many menu items..Absolutely delicious!!

First and foremost they provide amazing attention. Annika (sorry if spelled wrong) was very good, attentive and friendly. We had bisque and it was amazing (if you like creamy soups and not the watery ones..this is your place). I tried the blackened salmon BLT and it was amazing. Hubby got the fish and chips and we were already full half way thru our plates!. French fries were great as well and they serve generous portions. You can sit outside and enjoy the view and people walking along A1A. I'm happy I stopped by (a friend recommended it to me actually).

I had the grouper sandwich. Did not disappoint. Big onion ring is their signature flare; take it or leave it. I liked it.

Fresh no doubt here! Since my husband and I are born and raised in St.Auggie we finally got a chance to revisit a blast from our pasts #PanamaHatties. Let me start with how amazing the new place looks and feels. It's absolutely gorgeous inside and out. A+++++
Our server Bonnie was so friendly and personable. She made the night perfect with some delicious Cucumber Mint Gin Fizz. We started out with the Buffalo Chicken which was on point! Very juicy and the sauce was killer🤩 I got a cheeseburger cooked exactly how I love it piled with crispy onion rings😁 But the star of the night was Alex's Ahi Tuna Salad 💯 ok for one do you see this thing?? I didn't not make the picture bigger😂 You get an amazing portion of tuna and it absolutely melts in your mouth. This is one of his favorites and he said it was the best one he's ever had! The dressing was so good we got more to take home. Very highly recommended 🥇I miss the "old" Hattie's but I'm in love with the new and improved Hattie's. Make sure you go check them out.

Had so much fun, our waitress Heather was so nice and very quick and checked on us diligently even though she was busy. Our meal was spot on delicious.

Nadia was super nice and went above and beyond for us. Had a great meal on the balcony overlooking the ocean. I had the goat cheese chicken sandwich which was delicious and comes with 2 onion rings on top to make it an even better sandwich. Definitely recommend this place if you are passing by!

Beautiful lunch view. I ordered the Salmon BLT and it was huge. Definitely enough for two people! A little pricey, but you’re paying for the “beachy” restaurant. Great drink selections and we got our order in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Great chic atmosphere! Was at the ole Hattie's and this is quite different. Our sever Sarah Jo was Outstanding! The drinks were very good- had an American Mule & the Hattie's Voodoo Juice (which they give you a souvenir cup). I had the herb roasted chicken which was outstanding (got per Sarah's recommendation & she was right on). My baked potato had a harder outside than I normally like but it taste awesome. Really enjoyed the touch of the old pictures of St Augustine that were added. They also have live music outside but we didn't listen.

What a fantastic place. The food was phenomenal and the service was even better! There was mistake with our order and it was corrected, discounted, and we received complimentary drinks! The live entertainment (Echelon) was top notch, you can tell natural talent when you hear it! Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time here. We use to visit for years then a little over a year ago it closed and we couldn’t believe it. This October on our visit to St Augustine when we drove by it was reopened AND remodeled!! We asked and our waitress told us it was still the original owner. The service was amazing and the food was excellent! The manager was very nice as he came by to check on our table. As mentioned before they remodeled including the upper deck area. Very nice space and ambiance. They had a small live music venue (two people) playing for everyone which was a great experience. We had the crab legs for three of us and we felt it was a great portion for the money. (6 knuckles, corn on the cobb and garlic bread). Thanks for giving our family a great experience! Oh AND they added a small REAL arcade downstairs!! Made for a great ending with our kids after the meal.

Great vibe, view, food and staff! Definitely more expensive than we expected but that view doesn’t come with a low rent Lol.
We sat at the bar and had the most wonderful conversations with the 3 awesome bartenders; Bonnie, Alex and Myiah. We didn’t get the food runners name but he was so sweet and friendly too.
The ahi tuna appetizer was perfect! Best I’ve had in St Augustine. We also had coconut shrimp and a cheeseburger. Both were also good. Try the blueberry ginger martini, it’s to die for. Piña Colada was garnished well but wasn’t remarkable otherwise. We’ll definitely be back.

Becky was AMAZING! We just had a few appetizers and drinks, but everything was delicious! Becky made some great recommendations and was just all around fun! The view was amazing as well!

Had a really wonderful time here tonight for birthday dinner with my dad. Thank you to Becky, Paul, Kayla, Elena, Taylor, Keegan, and Anthony (hopefully I spelled everyone’s name right!). Delicious food, great service, beautiful location, and such a warm, friendly team of people who work there.

Went for a late dinner 1/27/20 and although the kitchen was closing 30 minutes after we arrived, the bartender (who was also our waitress) was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. The food was great, too. The Hattie’s Nachos with chicken was off the charts. The French onion soup was great, as well; loaded with a huge chunk of cheese and plenty of onions.
