Reserve at Orange City

I had an exceptional experience at Reserve at Orange City, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Lilly Sánchez. From the very beginning, Lilly was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist with the apartment rental process. Her professionalism and eagerness to help made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated and friendly service. I am thoroughly impressed and grateful for her assistance.

My wife and I lived here for 2 years and we enjoyed every moment of it. We never really encountered any major issues and for the minor ones, the maintenance team immediately provided resolution which we were really appreciative of. Lilli and Tammy are also really approachable that whenever we had questions, they were always available for us. The unit we stayed in pretty much had everything we needed. It was clean when we first moved in and the location of the apartment complex was perfect - just a walking distance from establishments, stores, restaurants, etc. I highly recommend this place for great staff and great location!

Ms. Tamara was amazing. She was quick and fast. Whenever I have a question or concern she is right on it. Beautiful home and amazing staff.

My experience with Tammy was incredible. She’s delightful, very knowledgeable, and all around a very good person. I had the pleasure to get to know her and I’m glad she was the one to help with what we needed. Thank you so much Tammy !

I just moved in on Friday at the Reserve in Orange city and absolutely love my apartment. Tammy and Lilly were super helpful through the whole process and very patient . Even the maintenance team is very helpful and friendly ….My apartment was very clean and update. So far so good 😊 no complaints here !

In all honesty, Tammy and Lilly are the main reasons why I was able to lease my apartment here. My application was so complicated for reasons that were out of their hands and I’m grateful for them being able to help me work it out. They’re professional, respectful, and very responsive.

I also have had interactions with the maintenance man, whose name I always forget, but he takes his job seriously and does his job well. Even for the other staff I’ve encountered, they’re very respectful. And most importantly, I like my apartment and that it’s cleanly. I haven’t really come across any problems either.

Tammy and Lilly were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every step of the application process.
They both went above and beyond the call of duty.
Furthermore, they are the most pleasant, customer service oriented people I have had the pleasure to meet.

Beautiful property, easy application process and fast approval. But what really made me want to make The Reserves my home was the staff. I have had one of the most pleasant experiences with (Tamera) Ms Tammi, she always followed up immediately with any calls or messages sent, very professional but also friendly and down to earth. Love how she walked me thru the process and showed so much excitement to have me and my children as residents. That type of experience is priceless. If you’re interested in moving into this community, I not only strongly recommend this property but I also encourage you to ask for Ms Tamera!!!

We can by, just walked in because we saw the signs and did a bit of research. Tammy Carpenter was so nice, inviting, and made the whole process very easy.

Our first couple of months at the Reserve have been great. I love our apartment, it looks brand new and fully updated. Tammy and Lily are amazing and so helpful. The maintenance staff is very attentive. Great experience so far!

Tamara is amazing. She has been so helpful. She helped me get an apartment at the Reserve in Orange City quick and easy. The paperwork was done really quickly, Tamara send me all the links necessary and she reminded me of everything that I needed to do on my part. She also showed me around and explained everything that I needed to know. Thank you Tamara, I appreciate all your time and effort.

Lilly and the whole team were awesome getting us into our apartment quick and easy. Bouki (not sure if I spelled that correct) was amazing showing us around and giving us all the information we need to succeed living here. Can’t thank you all enough!

The leasing management is absolutely amazing, very friendly and always understanding!! Tamara and Lilly have been a huge help and the maintenance is reliable. Highly recommend these apartments :)

Staff have been a joy to work with, the community is always kept clean and it is nearby plenty of places to shop, eat, etc. My apartment is definitely worth it, and maintenance is always very helpful if you need any assistance. Management is always willing to help with whatever you need and responds quickly whenever you reach out. For the price and the quality, I would definitely recommend this community if you are looking for something nice in Orange City!

Lilly is who i worked with she was extremely welcoming and informative. I mainly communicated through email and they all had very timely responses. Everyone in that office was just nice an the process was really quick. Very spacious place I got a 1b1b the place is gorgeous I’m usually not a fan of carpet but weirdly I like the carpet they have it’s not that basic tan carpet every apartment has. The balcony’s are so big. An tonssss of storage spaces.

Tammy and Lily are so helpful and thorough, providing an easy experience and welcoming atmosphere to first-time renters like me. The apartment, as well as the facility as a whole, is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. So excited to live here!

I have consistently experienced the best residential support here at Reserve at Orange city. The staff are nothing but exceptionally helpful and so kind. Anytime I submitted a maintenance request, I always got a resolution and prompt response right away. Lilly and her team always went above and beyond for all concerns. I honestly couldn't have had a better living experience. Thank you all!

I just moved in about a month ago! I LOVE IT here! Tammy & Lily were super helpful! The application process was a breeze & I’ve been extremely happy since I moved!🙏 everything you need is no more than 2 miles away! Definitely recommend!

Dealing with the managers, Lilly and Tammy has been such a delight! They always went beyond to assist us in acquiring an apartment and have been extremely professional.
