We love ocean front Unit 220 at Spanish Trace with wrap around balcony with unobstructed view of beach and huge pool. Perfect to view sunrises while having breakfast. Furnishings include washer & dryer and many extra amenities. Staff is great.

Always a pleasure! We vacation every year with A1A reality. We stay at their Spanish Trace location in Saint Augustine. Sometimes we can’t always get them on the phone. But, that’s understandable due to them always making sure the areas are clean and well kept. We know that when we leave a message, we can always expect a phone call back. These guys are super easy to work with and go above and beyond to help in any circumstance.

I've had an entirely different experience with A1A. First, the posting should be corrected regarding the real mistake. Anyway, I've been coming to St Augustine for 34 straight years. Not once have the staff been unresponsive to issues over the years. I give them both thumbs up. Mark S
