Volkswagen of St. Augustine

I recently bought a used Kia car for my wife. I was looking for a car and had been to all the dealerships in Jacksonville-it was hell: sticky salesmen, extremely pushy, they made me feel disgusted. That's a fact. I came from Ukraine not so long ago, and in general in Europe and Ukraine it is not customary to pressure the buyer in such a way, because it is punished there.
Let's go further, when I had already given up looking for a car, I accidentally saw an offer from this dealer on the Internet and wrote a letter. Caleb wrote me back. Having received the answer, I came to this car dealership the next day, without prior arrangement, I wanted to see everything myself. I was met by the manager, who turned out to be Caleb, with whom I communicated by mail.
Caleb won me over. First of all he has a great sense of humor and tact. Secondly he did not impose anything on me, nothing at all. In short, I bought the car the next day with my wife. I paid the whole amount in cash at once, and got a certain discount. Also the car was prepared, washed and done detailing, as well as filled a full tank of gasoline.
I am not a special connoisseur of how they serve in other salons, but here I felt at home in Europe. They have a high level. I recommend going to them, and look for the manager Caleb May- you will get great service, at a great price from a great person. Thank you Caleb.

First off this is my 3rd time coming to VW of St Augustine simply because of Jeremy. He’s hands down the best salesman there and I literally can text and call him for anything about the car before, during and after the purchase. During my recent visit we traded in our Tiguan R-Line for an ID.4. After driving the ID.4 home I noticed a weird sound coming from the front wheel area. Called up Jeremy and he said he would get me an appointment the next day to get it looked at. Found out that one of the tires had a flat spot in it and was causing a slight thumping noise. They were doing a recall as well so they gave me a loaner vehicle and sent me on my way home. So as you know tires are consumable items and most dealers would never replace a tire for free. Not only did they replace the tire…. They replaced all 4 tires with very nice Kuhmo tires which were better than the no name brand tires that were on it. They didn’t charge me a cent. I was blown away but not surprised. These guys want to do best for the customer. I wouldn’t hesitate to come check them out or get your VW serviced by them. Great group of professionals!!!

Eddie Davis in sales was great to work with and helped me with everything I needed. Sales Manager Wade was great as well coming by to introduce himself and offer little die-cast cars to the kids. Joe in finance made everything quick and seamless with the paperwork. Overall, I had a great experience and feel like a fair deal was made with the GTI I purchased. The vehicle is great and puts a smile on my face each time I see it and drive it.

Caleb the Sales Consultant was excellent! Kept in consistent contact with me about the status of the vehicle for more than a week before I finally had a day off from work to go see it. We set up an appointment for 10 am, and when I arrived at 9:48 he was standing outside with the car pulled up front already waiting for me. Customer service was on point, and allowed for the entire process to come across more as two people having a conversation as opposed to me having been sold something. I felt empowered to buy and confident in my purchase!

Finance manager and general manager we’re also super helpful and informative! 10/10 would recommend shooting here! Would shop here again if I didn’t just buy an awesome car from them!

By far the best sales and finance ive ever bought from. Jeremy was awesome. Super patient and transparent and made it happen quick. Absolutely the best car salesman ive ever dealt with. The finance manager Mr David made it happen quick and got me financing on a brand new taos that is awesome and at the price we needed and again super patient with my questions. Great guys and super helpful. Thanks again too both of you for the help my wife loves the taos.

I just purchased my 3rd car from here over the weekend and once again my experience was nothing short of amazing! Huge shout out to Oliver for having the patience of a saint with me every time I have inquired about a car in the last two years! Darrick was amazing and educated me on all of the new technology in the 2024 cross sport and showed me all the safety features on the test drive which I truly, truly enjoyed and appreciated. I drive down from north Jax and while there are other VW dealerships in JAX I truly cannot imagine a more seamless transaction and process than what I get here. Traded in my 2020 for a 2024 cross sport and I couldn’t be happier, will be back in a few years!

I had been searching for a car locally in Tallahassee for 3 days with no luck. So I decided to research every single VW dealership in Florida. The entire experience was the best I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle, from first walking in the door all the way to financing with Dave. Good overall experience. Anthony was very helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. Took very good care of us and made the car buying experience as smooth as it could be. Happy with my purchase! The grey leather interior of the car is what sold me on getting the 2023 Tiguan.

Branden was great to work with on buying our car. We stopped by to see a newly posted car just a few minutes before closing one night and he was still willing to show us the car and take us on a test drive. We came back the next morning to buy it, and the whole process was seamless. Joe in finance helped us get the monthly car payment we wanted but didn't think would be possible. Both guys were genuinely nice, down-to-earth and reasonable. We absolutely love our car and recommend this dealership!

Went in at night bc I haven’t had too much luck at dealerships but I can say this dealership and Eric Hatch did an amazing job from start to finish! Didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want and helped me get in and out quickly they also worked with my budget and Got me approved I appreciate them making my daughters sweet 16 special and I appreciate them working with me they truly were not like other dealers I went to!

Cannot recommend this dealership enough! We purchased a new VW Atlas last week. It was a pleasant experience from the moment we drove on the lot. We were greeted immediately by our sales professional, Eddie Davis. He was patient and knowledgeable as we narrowed down the perfect vehicle for us. It was not a high pressure sales environment where you feel like you can’t escape, which I appreciate. But we had done our homework and came prepared to buy. Eddie stayed late to make sure every detail was taken care of. I am so in love with this vehicle! I find excuses to go to the store just so I can drive it. If you are in the market for a new vehicle and VW is on your list, definitely go see VW of St Augustine and ask for Eddie!

Could not be happier with our experience at Volkswagen of St Augustine. They made the process of buying a car, which sometimes can be painful, very pleasant and as easy as can be. Wowwww .. want to say just bought my second vehicle from these guys..First of all me and my wife both are just blue collar hard working family with four daughters, three in college so money has to be budgeted saved and never wasted...Last year for my daughter needing a car for college i knew she would be safe in while away from home it was then first met sales rep Jeremy Orozco who got us a Great deal, not only talking with me daily on the phone me asking hundreds of questions all the time calling him with different inquiries on different vehicles...this man found us the perfect car with his honest input about each cars pros and cons that fit our budget and needs perfectly.. plus David getting us an Great deal on a extended warranty on our used vehicle... So when time came to buy my wife a new vehicle I decided to travel once again out of state Georgia to Florida. Why? Cause you just can't beat the trust I found here at Volkswagen of St. Augustine..This time with the added help from finance manager Joe H. We were able to come out with a great deal on a brand new 2024 Volkswagen Taos that we wanted so bad from the get go and felt like wouldn't be able to afford on our budget..these three together today came out and when we heard the deal I was like WOW..y'all did it.. we can afford that and still feel comfortable every month..I have to say again..when it comes to trust and honesty and flat out knowing they did there best dealing with lenders protecting my credit score and privacy..I have not had to second guess these guys..thanks again ..Jeremy O, Joe H, and David once again..Next time I come I will be buying a car for myself !!

Absolutely amazing car buying and trade in experience! Jeremy in sales and David in finance were so easy to work with. Jeremy took the time to understand our needs and was so patient as we decided between two vehicles. David was so knowledgeable and helpful with the financing process. We had gone to Gunther VW in Daytona the day before and had a horrible experience. I'm so glad we came here and gave the St. Augustine team our business instead of the sleazy people in Daytona. 5 stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ is not enough. Volkswagen of St Augustine deserves 💯 🌟’s. Here’s why, please read until the end. You won’t believe what they did. But first let me say I love my new 2019 BMW i8. Oliver Eason in sales, Katrina Burton my sales associate , Robin Snyder in service, Joe Homann in finance & Joe Difeo the owner were all involved in what seemed to be an endless transaction. (3 months) I purchased the car from them online. The day before delivery, Katrina called me & said that something was wrong with the vehicle & it needed to be sent to the BMW dealership to be diagnosed. After a BMW master technician ran all necessary diagnostics, It turned out, both the engine & transmission needed to be replaced. The owner of the store, Joe Difeo took it upon himself, called me & said that they were going to do everything necessary & in their power to get me the vehicle delivered in perfect condition. And to my surprise, they actually did. We had to wait over 2 months for the NEW engine & transmission to arrive from Germany, due to part shortages, as there were non in the US. Once the vehicle was completed at the BMW dealership, they then had it deliver to my house (They spent over $40k on this repair, I saw 👀 the invoice) I really don’t have words to explain how I feel about this right now. Volkswagen of St Augustine took Customer Satisfaction to a whole new level & delivered the vehicle as promised in perfect condition. All I can say now is, if you are in the market to buy any NEW or used vehicles, don’t hesitate or think about it twice, buy them from Volkswagen of St Augustine.They sure are the best automotive dealer in USA I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. I’ve bought a whole lot of cars in the past & never had such an awesome experience as this. Thanks to everyone that made my dream of owning this i8 a reality. ✅
