Courtyard by Marriott St. Augustine Beach

A very clean and comfortable room. The hotel is very nice. The elevator is a bit slow and makes some strange noises but it does it’s job. Barely. The pool is clean but there is zero shade and no umbrellas to hide from the sun. At around 4 pm the wall on the west side of the pool area starts to hide you from the sun. So, all day is 100 percent sunny.

I just checked out yesterday and was very pleased. I booked this last minute and was nervous bc of the other poor reviews I saw. The staff was very nice and welcoming helping me navigate stuff to do with my kids. The hotel is very clean and in pristine condition. There is a Starbucks in the hotel that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The 2 Starbucks baristas were nice and cheerful every morning. The housekeeping was phenomenal and my room was left clean each day. Nothing I asked for was ever a problem. They greeted my kids each morning. Located right on A1A Blvd, beach access is right across the street. The pool is pristine and spotless. I really loved it here.

Great off the "beaten" track hotel. Beautiful and clean and great staff. Tayliana was precious!! Treated our "Bonvoy Awards " like we were loyalty and appreciated! Just a special young lady with 150% customer service.
This is part 2 answer stayed 3 nights again this month returning from our cruises.

Great location close to the beach. The room was not as clean as it could have been but not enough to complain. Air conditioner sounded like a jet taking off which was a bit much. Staff was friendly and sent a small cheesecake dessert to the room for my daughter's bday.

Room is across the street from beach access. Good restaurants and ice cream within walking distance. Room was very nice and great service. Has parking with chargers for electric vehicles.

We arrived at the hotel later in the evening after a long day of traveling. We were immediately greeted by two very pleasant and personable receptionists named Abbi and Sashaine. We were checked in within minutes. The room itself was very comfortable, clean and spacious. My only wish is that the water pressure was a little better.
We also spoke with Oraine at the desk, and he was very knowledgeable about the Old Town Trolley. He answered all of our questions and gave us a map and information pamphlet.
Their cafe had made to order breakfast and ala carte items as well. Jodi took our order and was friendly and accommodating. She was very good at multitasking. I didn't get the name of the chef but the food was prepared to perfection. One of the best breakfast meals outside of my own kitchen. Basically, every employee we came across is the type of employee you want to represent your business.
The hotel is conveniently located. It is a short 2 minute walk to the beach, 15 minutes from the historic district and 5 minutes to the lighthouse. I would definitely recommend.

The rooms were large and clean. It was close to the beach, within walking distance. The front desk seemed to be a little slow, may need one more person when it's busy, Great hotel though.

Nice hotel with a very nice pool. They have only one working car charging station in the parking lot which I was able to plug into.

My wife and I were going to stay overnight. Plans have changed we needed an additional two nights Manager on duty Scot and his staff went above and beyond to assist and continue Outstanding service. this location will be my go to spot from here on in.

Perfectly situated in St. Augustine Beach. Close to local resteraunts, "The Amp," and downtown St.Augustine.

Stayed 2 nights celebrating my birthday. Hotel is clean inside and out. Front desk staff are welcoming and know their jobs. The two ladies at the food/bar area were also welcoming and do a great job. I had purchased the grilled chicken quesadilla and it was a nice amount of food and taste quality was good in my opinion. Also purchased a coffee mocha drink which also was delicious. Cost for food/drink was decent. Please note that there is no complimentary free breakfast which I knew when I book the hotel. Pool area looked clean and a nice area to sit and hang out. My room was on the third floor overlooking the pool. Room was pleasing to the eye. Beds were comfortable and had nice sheets/light comforter. Had breakfast before heading home. Food was delicious. Breakfast pic there were more eggs than what you see. Took pic after I started eating. I was hungry. Location to the beach and St. Augustine shopping is fantastic. Lots of places close by to eat.
Only complaint I have is the pillow styles. The main pillows were all feather like ones (No neck/head support) and at request you can get a more firm pillow but they were not actual pillows but support things that you would put underneath the pillows to raise you head/chest up. Due to the shortness and thickness of them they did not work well with feather pillows and I ended up sleeping with way more pillows then I needed to. Overall would I stay here again YES of course and I highly recommend this hotel. I will just bring my own firm pillow to go with the feather ones next time. Thank you for a safe and enjoyable stay.

Hotel was very clean, staff was nice. One block away walk to the beach. I only have two things negative that I have to say: the pool area was very bare, it should have a bar or more furniture, only couple of chairs; the other is that for being a beach location there is no place to hang your towels or wet clothes to dry in the bathroom.
The best thing for us was the tesla/EV chargers with free parking

Great hotel near the beach. This was a very clean and comfortable hotel near the beach & close to a few restaurants. I can't say enough about the staff...to walk into a hotel and have 3 staff members who have smiles on their faces and are incredibly helpful and kind makes your stay worth it. I'm impressed at how young, professional, smart, and knowledgeable Grace, Joe, and Telesa are. The cleaning ladies as well were very kind and helpful .Thanks again for the great experience, you are fortunate to have such and great team!

We I stayed one night to go see the Lynyrd Skynyrd concert. Very close today St Augustine amphitheater . The hotel is a very nice, Rosen wonderful, they were very for a handicap room, also they got as close to the elevator. The only thing is that they don't offer free breakfast. We would stay again👍

Lovely little Marriott by the beach. Friendly staff, ample parking, close to downtown and the beaches!

The location of this hotel was very good. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate. Lots of rain. The room was clean and comfortable. We were given late checkout, but didn't take advantage because of the weather.

Awesome hotel experience! Cory, one of the front desk agents, has been fantastic throughout our vacation experience. What started out as a horror story with another hotel down the street, ended up being a blessing in disguise.

The rooms and common spaces are very clean and the personnel are very courteous and friendly. Extremely accommodating as well.

I highly recommend this location and I would definitely stay again!
