I was not looking forward to my thyroid biopsy. But the experience was not at all what l was expecting. The nurses explained everything and one even held my hand. The biopsy was over in no time with very little discomfort.Great doctor and wonderful staff. Highly recommend.

Tried to contact them through the email address posted on their website to see if they were in-network with my insurance and to see if they were accepting new patients.....all emails were rejected by their email server as suspected spam....no matter what email address I sent from. Customer service is truly a lost art form in modern medicine.

Horrible staff with a doctor who is rude and degrades his nurses in front of patients. If you have respect for anyone in the medical industry and for the females in your life you will find a new endocrinology office.

The receptionist's are extremely rude, I've been on hold for 10 minutes, the lady that answered the phone cut me off and tossed me on hold for 5 minutes, checked back with a attitude, then as soon as I once again tried to explain the reason for my call cut me off AGAIN and placed me on hold where I am still waiting. I've worked in customer service for well over 10 years, and this receptionist is the absolute worst person to ever speak to.
