Best Western Seaside Inn

Newer place....great clean rooms and the continental breakfast was more than adequate. It wasn't just cold cereal and fruit and three day old Donuts. They actually had warm waffles scrambled eggs and sausage that were better than average. I'd give this place six stars if I could. I go to St Augustine twice a year for fun and relaxation.... this will be my new go-to place. And did I say the room rate was the best in town. Thank you so much

This hotel is very nice. Clean! Friendly! Helpful! Breakfast with waffles and eggs and sausage... And juices and pretty good coffee. The room was renovated - not perfect - but comfortable - great tv - quiet. No complaints - if u r super picky - there are a few finishing issues in the bathroom and in the room - but the clean and convenient and friendly just about makes it a great stay for the money! I have to tell you the management at night here is amazing. The gentleman named James at the front counter was extremely courteous and patient with us. Our stay was exemplary and I would put it up against the embassies any day. Don't let the little bit of construction they're doing to upgrade fool you this is a five star place but Stellar staff we were checked in by a woman named Hannah who was so pleasant. I live locally a few blocks away. And my wife and I come and stay here for rest and to put it simply we always have amazing time. Breakfast was awesome with a lot to choose from. And I can't express how amazing the staff was thank you James again for an amazing stay will be back soon. There need to be more James's out in the hotel industry.

Great location right by the beach! They have laundry and vending machines and breakfast but the pool and jacuzzi were closed by the state department until they meet regulations. The wifi was slow too but the TV was large and beds were comfy. I wish they provided more towels too. The service was very nice. The room came with a mini fridge and microwave. Lots of soaps too.

Let’s get straight to the point, nobody comes here to see how good the breakfast was or if they have high speed internet 😩 I HATE reviews that talk about how horrible that things are when all I wanna know is do they got nasty rooms💁🏻‍♀

This was my 1st stay here & it literally couldn’t have been more perfect!! The woman working the front desk was so amazing & I was even given a welcome bag of snacks & drinks!! The room was VERY clean, bed was super comfy & clean, bathroom was super clean, tv was huge & they have direct tv! Close to the beach so there are tons of wonderful restaurants in walking distance as well as souvenir store & ice cream shops!! If you are reading reviews like I did in order to check if you should stay, DO IT!! I highly recommend booking here!!

One block from the beach, solid breakfast for the price of the room (decent coffee), quiet pool (since most folks walk to the beach). Quiet beach town vibe 15 min from downtown St. Augie. Spacious bathroom was a nice touch. Very pleased with the stay.

I saw reviews of both kinds in here and was skeptical….well. Drove all the way out from Wyoming~ been in my car a whiiile. It has also taken about 3 grand just to GET HERE. Was supposed to have a time share once here. It was messed up. I came in after a ten hour drive, half hour phone argument, shaking angry, probably looking like a dang crackhead~ and yet. The woman at the desk was super calm and collected. She sorta looked at me funny, but eventually I spoke up and apologized for my demeanor. She relaxed and told me what rooms I could snag. Everywhere else around here wanted almost $300 per night because I have a small dog. This place?!? No. MORE than affordable for being right on the beach! Clean!!! These crazy comments must be from folks who have never had to stay anywhere less than top notch! No joke, because I don’t settle for just anything, yet, I also refuse to over pay for just HOURS~ that is all this is if it is unplanned like mine!

My dog is with me and safe. My car is right outside of my door. I didn’t even have to unload on stairs or an elevator. I can walk to the beach from here if I want. WITH my dog. Everyone loves her along the way! Also includes all attractions along the main street right outside my door. This is PERFECT. Yes, there is some sort of permanent something on the counter. Looks and feels like caulk! 🤣 No harm there! Cleans up just fine, but we who have done it understand that fingerprint layer. It isn’t DIRTY though. This place is sparkling!

I was running late this am which is really ridiculous as they include breakfast from 6am until 10am. Check out at 11. I got there like 10:08. The juice machine was off, but I asked the guy in charge if I could just get even a sip before I left for the day… he very considerably walked over and turned it back on. I snagged some OJ and was ever so grateful! 🤗

This place is gorgeous. Affordable. Clean. On the beach basically, less than 4 full blocks walk. Best desk folks EVER~ canNOT express that enough!!! Just~ these bad comments?!? I really do not understand. I mean, I haven’t even seen a palm meadow bug or anything YET! Been here two nights and staying till Sunday now because I am so cozy here! Love this lil getaway and the folks in charge!

We came in looking for a hotel for the same night, which they were able to manage and get us a room. The room was very spacious (we were 3 adults), new and super clean. The bathroom was very fancy, missed more space to hang wet things though. The staff was always kind and helpful. The location is perfect: 2 minutes walk to the beach and all sorts of restaurants/ coffees all around. The pool was clean and well maintained. The washer and drier were unfortunately broken.

Says its a 2 star hotel but i disagre , much higher rating hotel in my opinion. Checked in with the wife and service was excellent, room including bathroom were spotless, pool & jacuzzi on site, breakfast was great, for the price i say is 100% worth it. No issues thank u !

Clean! But I noticed today that the real difference is everyone who works here seems so happy and their smiles are so big and bright and beautiful they change your day! It's really nice to see!

The King Suite was the perfect place for my husband and I to celebrate his 64th birthday!
The bed was ultra comfortable and the suite was so big, it felt like we were at hone!
The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
The private balcony was the icing on the cake 😊

We've stayed here several times. Rooms are clean, reasonably priced, and a short walk across the street from the beach, and several great restaurants.

We had the best vacation ever here with friends. Virginia went the extra mile to accommodate us for another night in the same rooms as our reservations. Collin was helpful and taught me how to make waffles! The housekeeping were so awesome. We hope. To come back here again soon. Thank you all for making our experience so wonderful.

Stayed with my friend for a few days and the hotel room was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the lobby was always open and stocked with (amazing, best juice I’ve ever had actually) orange juice and coffee all day. Breakfast was always fully stocked well kept. It’s right across the beach so you don’t have to walk too far, either.

I was also surprised that the room was equipped with a carbon monoxide detector. I usually carry one with me but this hotel had their own. We had an amazing time, and I’d definitely recommend this best western to anyone.

We arrived early, and there were no rooms available.

We opted to walk to the beach and had an ice cream at Cone Heads.

Breakfast had great options and was kid friendly.

Our room was on the first floor, so there were no walking up stars.

Close proximity to downtown and walking to restaurants.

We’re staying here for few nights with our dog. What a gem of a hotel! Room is super clean! I know that coz I used to manage some of these hotels and know where to look! This hotel is squeaky clean! Kudos to their housekeeping team and Veronica at front desk. All in all, very nice property.

Nicely updated room with a different hot breakfast selection each morning. Great location...easy beach access! We could walk to several great options for lunch and dinner. I would stay here again.

This was my family's 3rd time staying in this hotel. There were renovations going on while we were here this time, which was slightly annoying but I understand it needs to be done. However the hotel has always been clean and the free breakfast is nice. But what really brings us back is how accommodating Virginia is. She is always so friendly and makes us feel welcome. We are a vegan family and she has even gone out of her way to make sure we have plenty of options at breakfast. We will be back to St. Augustine and I don't think we will ever stay anywhere else.
