Mrs. Winner's Chicken & Biscuits-East Point

I went in there around 12 something, and ordered a #4; I had to wait for the tenders to cook, but I wasn't tripping because I was waiting for my car to come out out of the shop. When I got my food, I found an extra biscuit, and a couple of extra tenders without me having to complain; this is great customer service.

The drive thru was slow motion buuuuuut the drive thru cashier didnt see her name on the receipt with the beautiful nails went above &beyond &provided excellent customer service &even discounted(senior discount)our food to accommodate the wait time.Truly appreciate her humanity and empathy our food was good also&they have awesome deals

My husband and I visited this location on 8/22 because we really just wanted 2 Super Cinnamon Swirls. We went to the drive-thru, and even though there were two other vehicles ahead of us, the attendant acknowledged our presence and received our order.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that the workers were wearing hair nets and they were VERY cordial AND professional. (I was surprised because of how we've been treated when ordering food in the same community.)

It was very refreshing to receive quality service and great tasting/well-prepared food from this establishment.

Amazing. Not over salted, seasoned well, quality chicken, biscuit is buttery. Fast service through took 30 seconds to order and get my meal.

For a chain chicken restaurant the food is five star. I've been there several times since it reopened and I'd argue it's as good as some of the more awarded Atlanta chicken places - like Busy Bee.

The chicken is great and I love their baked beans as well as their cinnamon rolls. Also very good - their full sized biscuits. Their mashed potatoes are just OK but they offer the choice or white or brown gravy. And finally: they even serve decent corn on the cob. It's full sized and edible, unlike the terrible version I've had at KFC. Unfortunately it's listed as a "limited time item". Compared to Popeyes/Churches and especially KFC, Mrs Winners is several stars ahead.

The times I've been there the staff has also been unusually friendly and helpful for Atlanta.

That said, if you're not acclimatized to urban Georgia, and are just passing through the area, the location can be intimidating. It's on the edge of a declining retail area, and there is a noticeable lack of streetlights at night. The restaurant itself is of the 70's formica version. Overall location/ambiance is probably just one star. Think about getting the food to go.

And on a final note, the chain appears to have been brought out of bankruptcy and is now headquartered near my hometown in Minnesota. Hopefully it'll be successful and some more Northern stores will open soon. At least one pair of displaced Minnesotans think it would go over well in the Twin Cities

The chicken livers are so delicious no matter when I get them I always enjoy them the crispness’s and the crunch is so good as well as the flavor they have so much flavor in them. I must say there chicken livers are way better than church’s chicken livers when they used to sell them . I will always cone back and get these satisfying chicken livers ❤🤤

Great customer service - line for the location is long but it stay moving. I decided to go inside I was greeted by everyone. The manager took my order and she is amazing, in the frontline with her team working hard. The drive thru women was super sweet and kept me company while I waited for my food. Thank you to the cook - working hard AF. 4 beautiful black women running this operation and doing a DAMN GOOD JOB! 5/5 stars ladies!!!! Nashville, TN we need Mrs. Winners back!

First time experience and the food was great. Perfect spot for lunch or dinner

Drove all the way from Newnan because I remember this Chicken from my days at Morehouse. It was good but the service lacked professionism. Waited in the Lobby for 20 min while I saw workers on the phone and serving the drive thru. After asking why it is taking so long was told we are waiting on Breast it would be 13 min. I waited. They said we have thighs but I paid for 12 piece mix. So after 10 min I got my order. I loved the Chicken but just get your act together.

Had not had this chicken in years. It is still delicious. 😋 Had to wait over .30 minutes for white meat ( but was told it would be a .15 minute wait).😣

The people who worked there was so nice and happy

I went here to grab some breakfast (wing snack) for myself and a coworker. The line was slow, especially with me needing to get to work. I will say this the chicken was hot and delicious. By far the best tasting fried chicken without having to add condiments

This was just a drive through moment but I've started to pick these Winner's places over there competition due to the fluffy, Hand made biscuits and perfectly fried "CHICKEN" ! NORMALLY THERE WILL BE A SMALL WAIT ON LINE, Sometimes it may be a long wait but it's always good. Check your order before moving on. Mistakes do happen but, catch it quick, they'll fix it fast. Fresh. Healthier than a Burger. Served by pleasant PEOPLE.

Always fresh so there is a little wait but the drive through moves fast and the food is ALWAYS fresh hot and satisfying! The lines are always long but no one complains at all. That sweet tea is ridiculous!!

There always a line at the drive thru BUT if only they open the dining room there will be ALOT more customers. So, I will wait in the drive thru line to get my food. Love the steak biscuit and gravy!! **UPDATE** As of today, December 28, 2022, I see the dining room open! Well done, Mrs. Wieners!

Always good friendly courteous service with smile
and😏 I can be a pain when ordering my food. The food is always hot and they giving you exactly what I asked for with the smile even when I changed my order several times. Because people can't make up their mind in car. To me customer service counts the most. I don't care how good the food is if you treated badly it not worth it. That keep going to the headland location because the service is excellent.

I always have great customer service when I come here but tonight was over the top. The manager Steve was accommodating to not just us but to every customer who came in! I can see him going far in his career with the company. The entire night shift staff was polite and made sure our order was fresh and correct. The store was clean and food was delicious! I’m so glad this store opened back up!

I came in during the morning rush & not only were they fast & efficient, they were incredibly kind! Will definitely be back when I’m on this side of town.
