Coggin Deland Hyundai Service Department

I previously posted a review when I purchased my vehicle six months ago. I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz. Amazing vehicle. I’m posting this because I just have to say that the customer service at this dealership is absolutely amazing. My salesman called me a couple days ago to just see how I was doing and see if I’m enjoying the car and if I have any questions. I have never had that happen. Usually you buy a vehicle and they don’t wanna talk to you again because they sold you something terrible. I personally don’t think I’ll be shopping anywhere else. I definitely will be telling my friends and clients their best deal and the best customer service will be at Deland Hyundai well worth the drive . I also want to complement the upper management, without good management you don’t have good employees. You are doing a fantastic job at managing your team. Thank you thank you thank you,

Bought my car at headquarters 😡 new car, had way to many problems

Went in for a recall. 1st time there. Service rep was awesome, took his time to explain the recall, the solution and the time frame.

Great service department staff. Great prices on the New cars. But used cars need a little more competitive prices. Other then that Great dealership

I don’t always go to dealerships for service but Jim is great. Even though they were $50 more than Walmart I like the personal service I received from Jim. I wouldn’t go to another rep.

Went for an oil change this morning and very shocked to hear of Lance's passing, I know he will be missed. Jim took good care of my needs today.

Best service brought my 2023 Hyunda santa fe limited for recall computer update on transmission fast service and vehicle was clean.

Recall visit also included, for free, finding rats nest in engine compartment and cleaning it after sending me photos. Also replaced key battery and washed car.

Every time I've been there I received excellent care.
