Chili's Grill & Bar

Great date night! My boyfriend loved the smokehouse combo and loaded cheese fries. They removed the veggie fajitas from the menu- but I was so happy they still made a modified version for me (referred to the allergen list to make sure everything was vegan). Our server was super friendly and attentive. We went around 5pm and we’re seated immediately- when we left around 7 it was much busier. Love the drink specials, too!

The moment I walked into the door; I felt a huge difference from another local chili’s. At this chili’s the greeter was friendly and sat us promptly. He had a smile on his face and you could tell that he really took pride in his job. The whole time we sat for dinner he was cleaning floors, tables and even wiped down the letters on the logo in front of the service desk. He took his time to make sure he got in between the letters. The waitress was also very friendly and prompt. She made sure to ask if we needed anything and refilled drinks quickly even though she was the only waitress in our section with several other tables. Other staff came out to clean items from the table and had the same friendly disposition. I felt like employees worked together for the good of their company. I was extremely pleased and left with a blessing, a full stomach of great food and a smile knowing that the staff cared about me as a customer!! Great teamwork!! Great experience!! Thank you!!

Deb was the server in the bar area and was super busy. However she managed to take great care of my friends and me! Always reliable quality food at a good price served in a reasonable amount of time.

I have reviewed several Chili’s in the central Florida area and I have had great meals at every single one. They are very consistent with their food and this one in Deltona was no exception. My daughter and I both got steak but different kinds and I tried hers and it was delicious just like mine was. Sides were cooked perfectly and we were on Happy Hour so we had 2 margaritas each and they were awesome too. Chips and salsa is always a favorite and they did not disappoint. Can’t go wrong with Chili’s.

Our waitress was Jackie. She was amazing. I ordered something I hadn’t realized had tomatoes and without even asking she remade it for me just to keep me satisfied and we shared an amazing conversation. Great staff and food is great aswell.

Excellent food and even better service. Our waitress was the best one I've ever had and she was so nice and went above and beyond what she would of. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Only bad part was waiting on manager to come to table. Katty was amazing will definitely be back for her. Something so simple that the manager had no urgency upon our request. Being a restaurant manager myself we strive on great customer service. And seek to fix any issues at hand. Manager never visited the table. Thank u to ur amazing server. But management, that was disappointing.

The food was fresh and hot. The server (Holly) was super friendly and attentive and she was absolutely slammed they seemed short staffed. Our autistic son had ordered an extra side of fries and even she noticed it looked "short" and got him more how amazing is that! He was so excited about that and it made the experience even better for him. Overall we recommend this location and if you are lucky enough to have Holly as a server you won't be disappointed. I'm hoping her manager sees this!!!

Came in a few days ago, food was so so. Not as good as it used to be, but still good. Our server, Jess was wonderful. Very attentive and made it a great visit.

Jackie is an excellent bar tender and treats her customers like long time friends! Warming, attentive and pleasant to talk to.

Staff was friendly and professional. Our server Kat was very pleasant to deal with and had a wonderful infectious smile. My Big Bacon Burger was too BIG to hold and very delicious. I had to carve it up. The fries were fantastic.

Haven't been to chilis in years.. the reviews for this restaurant weren't the greatest.. but we had a gift card to use and this one was close.and i didn't feel like cooking.. so i guess it was meant to be.... Well, the food was great.... The waiter Marcos was super.. very attentive... very knowledgeable and very fast... it was a pure pleasure ... definitely glad we went....

Hopefully management will see this review...Marco is a true asset to ur restaurant.

The $25 dollar deal on the back of the menu is great! You get one appetizer, 2 entrées, and a dessert. We chose cheese fries, a grilled chicken fajita, Cajun chicken pasta, and a skillet cookie. Although anything that is touching the skillet for the fajitas is still cooking so it will be burnt black like the bottom of the rice.

I always expect a wait at this place because honestly the food is worth it. Whenever there isn’t a wait, I am pleasantly surprised. Last time, I ordered buffalo wings and they were undercooked. I let the server know, and they advised they were tweaking settings in the fryer and they apologized. They fixed the wings and they were tasty as usual. The margaritas are also always delicious. I did have one experience where the server wasn’t really in a good mood but the food runner made up for it with her welcoming and helpful attitude. I’m glad to live near this Chili’s and it is a staple to our community. I recommend the sirloin cooked medium.

The food was delicious, the staff was the bartender was very good and also Jay was very good a lot of respect and he was very nice

Excellent low calorie steak dinner. Server was nice enough to suggest 2 for $25 deal. Even tried the El Presidente margaritas and they were pretty good. Great service! Great food!

always visit this chill's when in the are...people are very laid back..yesterday I was there for late lunch...sat @the bar miss Morgan took really good care of myself and everyone else..thanks for a great day...hope to see next time....

Our waitress Michelle was awesome! And my veggie fajita was great! Oh and of course the chips and salsa we look forward to on every visit. But the Main Event, the Halloween spider bite Margarita was Oh! My! God! DElicious!

Our waitress was awesome. The food was great and the kids enjoyed decorating their chili peppers :)
