Hilton Garden Inn St. Augustine Beach

Great place to stay, staff was friendly, and very eager to please! We had a couple requests that I considered to be a little much and didn't think they would agree too, but they were more than happy to oblige and even one of the days that the coffee machine was broken they gave us extra k cup pods for the room due to the inconvenience. One of the only gripes I had was that we got a king deluxe room and it was so big(positive), but the room had no couch and it felt really empty.

The location right across the street from the beach is hard to beat if you are coming for the sun and fun and it is right in between two of the best places to eat crabbys and sunset grille!

Check in was smooth, facilities are clean and rooms are standard Hilton Garden Inn quality.

Miss a bar but I understand why they wouldn’t have one.

Breakfast with chef Victor is a must, he is the omelette king! Nice to know there’s a hotel doing the off season with full service.

All of the staff I encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and happy to serve.

I just wanted to share my experience at this location. We showed up with a reservation that apparently didn't exist thanks to a third party company. Not only did the front desk assistant Shawayna go above and beyond to help find our reservation, she helped us cancel the old one and honored the rate. She was incredibly helpful, and made our stay more than easy. Because of that 5 star all the way. Its the effort to help the customer that truly separates this location from others.

Clean hotel with friendly service. The trolley will come pick you up there and take you downtown. There are a few restaurants in walking distance that are really good.

Older motel that has been redone very nicely. Everyone was friendly. The breakfast was expensive, so we did not eat there.

The hotel in general, and my room in particular, were all nice for the price, very clean. Additionally, all the staff that I interacted with could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. The location was also very good ... only a block from the beach, and within short walking distance to several good restaurants.

The only negative thing I can say about it is that I was disappointed that this Hilton Garden Inn, unlike every other one I have stayed at, did not have an on-site bar to relax at in the evening.

My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn St. Augustine and we truly enjoyed our experience. We would definitely visit again if the opportunity presents.

The staff is stellar! Rooms are spotlessly clean, and the on-site restaurant is really great. I will certainly stay again.

Location is perfect, if you want to experience the sunrise you just need to walk a block and enjoy the magic at the St. Augustine Beach. There are many option for goods restaurants around. The customer service in this place was really great and I really appreciate their kindness

Wonderful hotel. The shower was the best of any hotel on our road trip. Everyone was very friendly and an excellent breakfast.

My coworkers and I stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn for three days this week during our business trip and had a great experience. The best part of our stay was the great customer service experience we consistently had with the front desk attendant Melinda. First of all, Melinda did our check-in and she was very professional and efficient but most importantly very kind, patient and attentive to out needs. She answered all the questions we had, provided very clear guidance and did all of it with a smile in her face. She also made sure I received a new iron very quickly when I requested one from my room. In the following days we continued to interact with her, purchasing items from the shop, asking questions about breakfast and coordinating our checkout. We are grateful for the great experience at this hotel and we want to make sure to give Melinda recognition for her excellent customer service.

We had reservations and had cancel due to sickness. A big thank you to Alex at the hotel for canceling our reservation with no charge. He was super nice and efficient. Next time we are in town we will definitely be staying there. Thanks again Alex

Excellent hotel. Staff greeted on our way in and our way out each day. Room was so spacious, clean and comfortable. Near local eateries.

Just got home from this lovely hotel! I loved the location and the staff were so friendly and personable! I never write reviews, but this hotel was great! Contrary to what people are saying on here, there was free breakfast.. the only thing you had to pay for was freshly cooked eggs (which were outstanding by the way)! We’re already planning our trip back!!

The rooms were clean, and the front desk clerk, Amy, was helpful and friendly. The only negative aspect of this hotel was the noise. We were on the first floor, and people were VERY loud coming and going by our room, waking us into the wee hours of the morning.

We popped in just for a quick random drink at the bar and wow we so surprised and blown away by the service! I believe his name was Ben but he gave excellent suggestions and friendly service. We will stay here next time we’re in town.

The customer service was absolutely amazing, and the rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious for the cost as well as the awesome location right across the toad from the beach! However on the last night of our stay the AC in our room started blowing hot air even while on full blast on the lowest temp, it was so hot that we woke up from our dead sleep at 4am and it took over an hour for us to be placed in a new room with a functional AC. Due to the circumstances they did let us check out at noon instead of the standard 11 for no extra cost. The beds are also quite hard but other than those 2 minor issues I would definitely recommend and would stay again!!!

This is a convenient location with several restaurants within walking distance. Room, amenities, and lobby area were clean (as expected from the Hilton brand.) The front desk staff were professional and very nice. *** If you book through the Hilton Honors mobile app and use digital check-in, make sure to visit the front desk for a parking pass!*** Luckily, I went to the front desk to ask about local restaurants and the gentleman there realized I needed a parking pass since I'd checked in online. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Kristy was excellent. When we decided to stay an extra night she was so helpful in getting us another room. We had booked through a third party so we had to move rooms -from a queen to a king ! She made sure they were close together so we didn’t have to move our things very far. She and all the staff were very sweet and accommodating. Rooms are clean. Beds comfortable. I always look for a Hilton where ever I go.
