Extremely great service, great dealing with Matthew. Don’t see this good of service anywhere these days

Needed a door master switch for a 20 year old car that none of the "parts stores" had in stock or could even source. Dealer wanted $700 and would have to order it. Called Givens and they had one and the price was right. They picked it while I waited ( about 20 minutes) I installed it in their parking lot and it worked fine, No more alarm everyti.e i unlocked the door and windows rolled up and down again. cleaned it up and it even matched my interior. This has been 8 months ago and the part still works fine.

I love the Givens junkyard off Rock House road. Fast easy convenient and the young man in there is very knowledgeable about his cars and mechanic work as well I do not know his name but he is a pretty tall skinny fellow and he takes care of me every time I walk in...

It was my first time visit and I don't understand why some reviews are so poor I think owner is professional and his employees are treated fairly I heard that he was ordering lunch for everyone plus latino people work there that means he helping them in good communication way. I think everyone expects to be more then customer he run place and coordinate all parts delivery also they are fast i found my part and in 5 min was delivered to me ot does missing one of them but they give it to me free. I think they are good and professional maybe the way they talk its just how it is just the his face expression. They are totally fine to me thanks for the parts and service i will comeback again if i need something.

Staff was able to determine whether they had the part I was looking for quickly and took no time at all the retrieve it. Friendly and inexpensive. Took the time to answer questions we had and made small talk. Great experience. Hopefully I wont need to return but if I do I know I'll be in good hands.

Absolutely the best service I have ever had at a salvage yard!.....From Bill the owner, to Hurley ( who was totally awesome!) , to Justin and Hernandez, the lady on the front desk, everyone was so polite, very friendly and helpful. I've never written a review before...ever, but I simply had to take a minute to respond to some of these negative replies on here for these folks....it simply isn't true....these folks couldn't have been any more helpful or friendly...they went out of their way to help, and they gladly loaded the transmission I purchased, AND, the price I got for an outstanding trans is the best anywhere....Seriously, I'm just a satisfied customer, actually I'm a transmission service shop that deals with a lot of used parts dealers, ..NOT an employee or family member related in any way to them.....hands down these folks give the best service of all the yards I buy from ...period! They quoted me the wrong price over the phone by mistake. $200 cheaper. When I picked up the part, they stuck to their word and sold it at the discounted price. I’ll continue to shop here for that reason alone.
