Im so glad that I decided to use Taylor Made Financial for my tax needs. I have always filed my own taxes so I was unfamiliar with the process and very reluctant. Santresa was so knowledgeable and she kept lines of communication open. I am in a completely different state and time zone but she was professional, friendly, and accurate! She definitely took care of my needs and I will recommend her to anyone looking for tax assistance.

This service was great. Even though I live in another state (not where Taylor Made home office is) she was knowledgeable and trustworthy. This process was good, fast, and the owner and workers was very efficient. They explained everything to me allowing me to be apart of the process. They were very professional and said multiple times “I do business the right and legal way”, I appreciated the staff saying that cause it’s hard to trust people with your information. I was sent a quote of refund amount, I approved and a week later I received my check. This process was painless and they know there stuff. Thanks again. I will see you next year.
