Not a great place to live.

When we originally moved in there was a ton of old broken up concrete in our front and back yard. We were told it would be removed before we moved in. That was not the case. It remained in the yard months after we moved in with no update. I had to contact Code Enforcement myself to push this to be removed. I contacted Nancy on multiple occasions about the issue(s) but got absolutely no where. It had become a safety hazard for my kids as well as my company. It took 5 months to have the concrete removed. And that was with the help of local Code Enforcement.

I really wish this park would upgrade their mailboxes. Apparently the last month or so me and my family,as well as neighbors, haven't received our mail. I've contacted the post office and they said the degradation of mailboxes are too severely damaged. They need to be updated,upgraded something. The fact that I don't have mail coming to my address is a break of the lease..We have plenty of neighbors complaint as well..please resolve this detrimental issue.
