Circle K

On Dec 20th in the early afternoon I went to this store and there was about 3 very enthusiastic employees signing up people for Circle K cards. They were incredibly helpful, and a lot of fun to work with. I wish I would have gotten their names, but if you can figure out who it was, make sure you keep them!

Id like to thank the gentlemen that works nights. Always polite and friendly. Always quick to help when asked. Im terrible with names but he was on shift 9-12-2021 and i cant say enough about how professional and courteous he is. Thanks sir for being a chipper bloke when most are just there to do the bare minimum.

Circle K is a wonderful place to go get what you need at night when the other stores are closed

I like the frosty drinks there best. But you can buy other goodies there as well.

Bathrooms we're extremely dirty

Where is the ownership. The men's urinal is just running, water from the Coke fountain is running. The young lady there is as nice and helpful as could be. This property is worth millions of dollars and put nothing into day to day maintenance.

This is the worst Circle K establishment I’ve ever encountered in my entire life last night on September 21 of 2023. I went into the store and with the intentions of buying a carton of Marlboro light 100s in a box the young lady was on the phone with I’m assuming a friend.I asked her if I could get a carton of Marlboro light 100s in the box she replied no I cannot because her manager Tabatha has the keys with her And the door is locked. Thanking that she got a rid of me. She goes back to her conversation on the phone with whoever so I try to get her attention again and I went about it another way. I asked her how about selling me 10 individually wrapped packs of Marlboro light 100s in a box for the same price as a carton , she told me that she was new she only been there for three weeks and she did not know how to do that and went back to her phone conversation. I got her to answer again and asked her to call her manager and ask her manager how to do it and if I could buy 10 packs of individually wrapped Marlboro light 100s in a box , well she eventually calls the manager and the managers asked her to ask me the potential 70 + dollar customer which brand I wanted when I said Marlboro light 100s in a box she said no because that would mean that there wouldn’t be enough for any other customers till she got back Well you’re willing to turn down $70 sale in hopes you’re gonna make up the difference in the night that was a guaranteed $70 sale and you’re going off hopes and dreams when anybody from Warner Robins knows in a 2 mile radius There’s probably around 15 other stores give or take near this location and they weren’t busy at all. Point taken why the cashier was on the telephone.Anyways I asked for the managers name she told me Tabatha I looked on the shelf behind the counter and there’s like 10 rows with I’m guessing 10 to 12 packs or more in each row easily over 100 boxes and I’m not the smartest person in the world but I thought that you open up a establishment like this right here to make a profit and I would rather run out of cigarettes and have to tell potential customers I apologize we will have more in as soon as possible, than to lose a would’ve been guaranteed $70 dollar sale and I find that to be disrespectful, unethical behavior. It was rude it was uncalled for it was unprofessional childish behavior trying to cover her tail with no concern whatsoever about the potential customers in our community or the loss she had just cost her owner! They need to train their employees respect and courtesy as well as some dignity.I guess it’s gotten to the point nowadays its almost impossible to find good help/employees.People want the money but don’t want to do the work. It’s okay though Tabatha I’m sure your owner doesn’t mind you costing Him and or Her or Them sales and customers since it’s nearly impossible to find good help theses days, your job I’m sure is secure because it’s not like people are knocking the door down to work theses days . Plus having to train and blah blah blah , you got it made .

Just had one of the rudest experiences I have ever had. This young woman just threw my change on the counter as I was holding my hand out. First she tossed the bills down then threw the change on top of it. It went everywhere! I told her she was rude as hell. She said she was just giving me what I gave her! Wrong answer, I wasn’t the one on the phone paying no attention to my customers!

This sign was posted on the door and all doors were locked, we waited for 20 minutes. We finally left even tho we needed a receipt. The receipt machine at the pump was out. There were several people waiting outside.

This place is littered with homeless people
