I owe a great deal of thanks to Jennyfer Wright at Columbia basin Hearing center for for allowing me to make an emergency appointment! I had called CBHC and inform them that I woke up and had no hearing what so ever in my left ear, in which they had asked me to come in right away. Jennyfer took me back and performed some tests and diagnosed me with sudden hearing loss in which she explained to me that I had 72 hrs to get the proper medication going in my system to regain as much of my hearing as possible. After day 6 I can see an improvement and hoping it keeps getting better. Thank you so much Jennyfer for taking me in immediately and pointing me in the right direction. I have been a patient of CBHC for a number of years and have always enjoyed my appointments along with the friendliness of the staff and also an occasional snack! You cannot ask for a nicer atmosphere than what they have to offer! (mic drop)

Our provider Jennyfer was the best. She has seen my child a few different times and has been a great provider. She explained things to him at his level each time and was very knowledgeable. Great people and service. They determined the source of my hearing loss and helped me file an L&I claim which covered the cost of my hearing aids. They also helped determine the source of my vertigo and treated me for it as well.

My 90 year old mother was evaluated and fitted for hearing aids and they were exceptionally patient with her as she has dementia.

Great place to have to get hearing aids. They take the time to explain the different hearing aids and the cost of each. They even explain why you need this specific kind and answered all my questions. They are very professional and friendly from the receptionists to the audiologist.
