Burger King

I am always looking for good and great service. Even if it's an old favorite in a new location. Even with the drive-thru line wrap a round the building, customers piling in the doors and the temperature steaming outside; the crew had the flames broiling inside. My burger came out fresh, hot, and juicy; my coke a cola was icy cold. Thank you, guys, for making my lunch fit for royalty.

I came here on my lunch break. I did the order on my phone and picked up in the drive thru. Mind you the day I went they closed the inside so drive thru was the only option anyway. However, HOWEVER, that drive thru line was worth the wait! As long and intimidating as it seemed, they were able to keep it moving rather quickly because they didn’t have to stop and take orders inside as well. And when I finally got my food I was so impressed! Let me tell you why. There is another Burger King that is just 1 mile from my job whose lines are much shorter but when I tell you the quality of the food they serve is just trash! The food is cold, the run out of ketchup, no lettuce, stale, it’s just always something. So when I came here and the fries were cooked to perfection, the nuggets were just the right amount of crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the burger was so good I forgot to take a picture! 🙌 my faith in BK was restored! I don’t know if it’s going to hurt me more to leave this good review and have more people come here, but they are just excellent with their service and they deserve to be told and recognized. And I was greeted with a smile!

MS NIKIA,MS SANDRA, ASHTON AMD MR JUSTIN ♥ I HAVE TO GIVE THEM A THOUSAND THIMBS UP!! THEY HAVE COMPLETELY TURNED THIS RESTAURANT AROUND AND I CAN SAY THIS BURKER KING IS A "RESTAURANT" THE ATMOSPHERE AND SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY IMPECCABLE 💯 👌 AND (THE INSIDE IS OPEN) I SAID ONCE AGAIN! THE INSIDE IS OPEN! AND IT IS A GREAT PLACE TO GO WITH THE KIDS TO PLAY AROUND AND GETBSOME FREE TIME WHILE YOU WATCH THE GAME! THATS RIGHT YOU CAN GO TO THIS BURGER KING AND WATCH THE GAME WHILE YOUR KIDS PLAY IN THE KIDS PLAYGROUND INSIDE THE RESTAURANT. I HAD LOST HOPE FOR THIS LOCATION A WHILE AGO AND I WAS IN THE AREA AND SAID YOU KNOW WHAT? LET ME TRY IT AGAIN! AND BOY WAS I SUPRISED. THEY MADE MY ORDER CORRECT I JUST THOUGH THEY WOULD PUT CHEESE ON BOTH BURGERS BUT THATS NOT HOW ITS DONE. I REALIZED IT AND WENT BACK! GUESS WHAT MS SANDRA DID? SHE THREW THEM OUT AND MADE ME FRESH ONE'S WITH EXTRA CHEESE AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING AND THREW IN A FREE SMALL FRY AND GAVE ME A DRINK! IM SO PROUD OF THIS LOCATIOM THEY CAME A LONG WAY. IF YOUR IN THE AREA PLEASE STOO BY AND SAY HELLO TO THEM! THEY ARE WHAT BURGER KING SHOULD REPRESENT AT EVERY LOCATION. FAMOLY FRIENDLY EFFICIENT AND RESPECTFUL 🙏 NO MORE JIST GOING TO THE DRIVE THROUGH! ITS OPEN INSIDE AND THEY ARE CLEAN!!!!!!!

Tried to pick up my order and they said that they didn’t have it and that they apologized. It wasn’t a big deal, it was a hour before closing. While I was driving off, a different employee randomly came outside and said that they’ll bring it out in a moment. That’s awesome customer service!

Such a good atmosphere! Mr. Clark was so on top of things! My favorite location. I go out of my way to hit this spot.

Edit- We had the candied bacon whopper with the cheesy tots for the first time, and it is honestly the best burger I've had (upscale restaurants included.) In ever. That was amazing. And I can't believe I got it at a frigging burger King of all places. What....? That was so good. Would order in place of any other sandwich.

Very nice place to grab a Burger - Me ,Wife,kids, and Auntie decided to stop by to have lunch - Turns out We made a mistake on our order But the young lady up front (I believe she was the Manager on Duty) - helped us out right away without a hassle of reordering our order again - Nice atmosphere - Got checked on twice while eating (I appreciated it 😄) - Just to make sure food was to our liking and everything was ok - Would definitely come back again - Highly Recommend 👍🏾

This place has great customer service and the manager does a splendid job with her restaurant. The dinning room and bathroom were also clean. I would definitely come back and recommend this establishment to people.

This particular BK's burgers make you feel like the Burger King's of the past. The burgers are juicy great temperature, and they prepare it "your way!" Such nice young ppl working there as well. Ot was nostalgia to visit a BK like the one's from the 70's!

Kendall has and was always been amazing. Her customer service has been the best they ever had. She def needs a promotion !!!

The girl at the window with the pink braids was very polite and patient even though we were having a hard time hearing each other. I drove around because we were having a hard time hearing each other and she greeted me with a smile. However I felt like it was unprofessional for her manager to reprimand her saying “confirm your order before driving around” and “that’s too many orders at the window”. I tried to tell her I was the one that drove around but she didn’t acknowledge me. Anyway, kudos to the sweet young lady with the pink braids! You’re going places ;-)

Horace and co workers provided fast friendly service as well as clean. Very accommodating.

The service was fast and the bacon and a croissant was delicious as expected. The attendant at the window was very nice and cheerful and I appreciate it that especially since this is the first time that I have visited this Burger King. This location looks shiny and brand new and very clean. I will definitely be back to this one when I'm in the area again. Thank you for great service this morning. Your silver-haired Lyft driver!

Recently got breakfast and found out there were only two employees managing the store. The manager was preparing the food and a nice young lady was at the window taking orders. You could see they were working hard during this pandemic. It was great customer service and I will continue to support this location as long as they need! To the beautiful, friendly young woman who took my order and shared their story, thank you!

I am a person that enjoys Burger King and before the remodel this location was a periodic visit. On this occasion there was a better flow. Toshiba seemed to be the Manager on deck and She had the crew rocking. The food was ready in a timely manner, employees were masked; and the crew did not miss a beat on My requests. Good, fast and cheap. I always get a consistent breakfast in a hurry (egg and cheese croissant and hash browns, yummy). I usually drink water or tea in the morning so I can't say how good the coffee is. This location is always clean and well staffed. The employees are friendly and always get the order correct, which is much appreciated. I have and will recommend this location to others.

I came here to get a simple meal. At the drive through we were charged for the wrong order. He refunded that order and he gave us our order on the house. Not necessary, and still appreciated and respected. Thank you.

London and her manager were awesome! They were the only 2 employees that showed up to work and they were working their tales off. Considering how many people were in the drive thru line; they still cooked and served my breakfast in a very short amount of time. Thanks, you 2.

I don't normally eat at Burger King, but I was involved in a three-car pile up right in front of the restaurant a few weeks ago. I was having a very bad day. My cat had died, my fiance and I were just trying to get back home after paying the bill for the vet and picking up two new kitties (he didn't want me to be too sad) and then my brand new car (didn't even have the tag on yet) was totaled by a crazy lady. I was not happy.

Besides being hot, it was about to rain. We had to take all of our stuff, including the cats out of my wrecked vehicle and were sitting on the side of the road like we were homeless. I was hungry and grumpy and sad so I walked up the hill with the cat carriers to the Burger King. When I got inside, I asked one of the team members if it was okay to bring the cats inside too. She said she wasn't sure, but she would ask her manager. She went straightaway and the manager, as soon as she was free, came right to me and said she needed to make sure it was okay and she would get right back to me. She checked with her supervisor and let me bring the cat carriers inside while I waited for our ride.

You guys were pretty much the only good thing about that day. Thank you for being kind and professional and listening. I really appreciate it and will always remember that. Great service!

Tonight’s crew on the drive-thur mic was fun & funny along with another lady worker. They are attentive and ready to work, very much so when my 7 year-old child made their food order, cheeseburger with a double drink order, smh , a Dr. Pepper and a well mixed of frozen cherry and Coke cola to the t. Loved it. Can’t complain even with 3 drinks to juggle hahahahah thanks Decatur BK Crew.
