I give this WHOLE staff 5 stars!! All the office ladies are SUPER sweet and Dr. Bass is so easy to talk to and very understanding! He truly listens to how you feel and really makes you feel safe and cared for!! I was kinda Leary about going bc of a couple of bad reviews... But thank God I went with my guy bc they are nothing like those bad reviews!! Dr. Bass did a great job on my surgery and is still doing an amazing job on my after care!! Thank Dr. Bass and office staff!!

Dr. Bass is a true expert. Very knowledgeable, thorough and understanding. Dr. Bass provides the best Healthcare I have ever received an was able to successfully resolve a issue no one else could. The other staff are all pleasant, helpful and courteous. Great practice here.

Being a business owner, I highly value customer service and kindness. Front staff was polite, and did an excellent job at following covid guidelines. Normally, an office would be a little frustrated with someone who didn’t really have an appointment, yet they still treated me with kindness. That’s important to me. Nurses were genuinely concerned and helped me relax; being it was my first time with an ailment. Dr. Bass was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He offered many options for treatment, and was very considerate of my budget. I’d love for my foot to heal itself and to never have to come back here, but if my foot refuses my wishes, Metro Foot and Ankle has a new customer.

I heard about Dr. Bass through my mother in-love who’s been a patient of his for 5 years. When I twisted my ankle last year, I decided to just go to a Foot and Ankle center a few minutes closer to my home. It turned out to be a terrible decision. I should have just come to Dr. Bass. My mother in-love is a woman of integrity and she’s definitely going to promote good people. She has nothing but good things to say about Dr. Bass. If I ever need a foot and ankle doctor again, I won’t hesitate to call Dr. Bass.

Love the location, Doctor Bass is amazing my sister broke her foot and he took us the same day and has been helping since day one through out the whole journey.. the staff is amazing same nurse every time

This place was clean and very professional. The doctor cared about you and answered all my questions. He is great. I would recommend him. Go and see. You will never regret it.

Good place and Dr. Bass is awesome...been coming here for 4 years and the wait time is always an hour after check-in time.. puntual or not...I hope this changes in the future. ..only give 3 stars for now.

The staff are kind and very professional. Dr Bass is great but every single time I came in (and I was always early by 15 minutes )I still had to wait over an hour before being seen. If there is a fee for being late or cancelling there should be some incentive for offices like this to honor your appointment times.

I don't think anyone should be waiting two or more months for a doctor to correct an order he wrote it shows an lack of leadership and also an lack of respect for patient. How can a person get better if the doctor not doing his part. Staff is great but Dr. Need to get on ball on what he's doing

The staff and doctor are great but they overbook appointments, mine was at 3:30 and it is now 4:30 and still have not been seen.

I found them on ZocDoc I would give time 0 stars if I could. They opened at 9am I changed my appointment from 9am to 10am their booking incriminates are broken into 30
minutes each therefore that is only 2 appointments ahead of me I was waiting over an hour and a half to be seen !!!! I filled out all of my paperwork through the app and it took them an hour to give me the few papers that I didn't fill out in a app !!! The staff weren't as busy and they were still calling people before me at least 6 people went in and out before I said something to them and everyone wants to be looking crazy !! However they make sure the Co-Payment went through with no problems before I was seen !!! The Doctor was RUDE about when Itried to show him my pictures he said that he didn't want to see them and I was trying to text my mom to come to the back. He has was the staff trying to further his image by giving out a brochure during the appointment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone YOU WILL have BETTER LUCK driving a little further out it's worth it !!!!
