Sometimes an experience is not the store that makes it great but it's the employees. Jiya! Was so helpful and patient at the register. I even downloaded the Staples app (which is full of coupons) because of her suggestion. Wonderful spirited person.

I used the printing services several times during the month of May and each time it was done properly and on time. I had some issues on my end with the resolution and I was given a different number to call to help me and the person I worked with fixed it so that it could be printed clearly. Definitely above and beyond the call of duty! I will definitely use Staples at Stonecrest for any and all future printing needs.

Very good customer service

I had been looking for computers for over a month. The tech gentlemen Stanley and Jeff were excellent. They educated me concerning computers and got me the best computers at an awesome price. I actually ended up buying 2. I also bought 2 printers for less than $100. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure that both computers and printers were set up. I am a very satisfied customer!

This is my first time visiting this location. I was helped my Amanda and Kashea(sp). They were EXTREMELY pleasant, accommodating, swift, and overall just helpful. I am having a very stressful, busy day preparing for a last minute event. Amanda was able to prepare a large order within 30 minutes and I am soooo grateful because some places wouldn’t even take the order. When I came back I was checked out by kashea who was equally pleasant in demeanor.

The customer service is fantastic. If you sign up for the rewards and turn in your used ink cartriges, you will save a lot of money. They have a good selection of portfolios and planners.
