My Baby ACE 🐾 went to PetCo Grooming Salon and I was extremely satisfied. The representative that assisted was very nice, sweet, patient, & understanding. It was a last minute booking; so the fact that they squeezed us an appt was remarkable! I was highly impressed. He looks soo stinkin cute! ACE said I’m FREE nooowww. lol Thank You So Much PetCo & Lithonia Grooming Salon for taking care of my Spoiled lil Fur Baby.

I had to return a purchase that I made online and the associate made it very easy. I completed my return and she recommended some other items that I might try to help with my blind dog. She also checked in on me as I was shopping to see if I needed any other assistance.

Employee was very helpful and knowledgeable. Provided me with the information I needed applicable in setting up a new aquarium tank.

Excellent Petco pet supply store. Awesome manager here, she was very friendly, informative and helpful. The store was clean, organized and well stocked. All the staff here are friendly, courteous and very professional. They will stop what they’re doing to help you find what you need so you can get on your way. There are bargains to be had on the merchandise with the “opps” label. The store is located in a very large shopping area. There is plenty of parking and easy access to the store.

If you are looking for a great groomer for your fur baby; Easter is your go to. She is absolutely AMAZING and our fur babies love her. She takes great care of them.

We took our pet to this office because Angelina.relocated and May I add that the service she always give our dog Smokey is always the best. It is a bit of a drive for us but if this is what keep my mind at ease then this is where we will travel to. Please check out Petco at Stonecrest Mall, this was our first time and will not be our last.

The groomer Olivia P. was excellent. She made suggestions and groomed my dog so well that I'm just in awe.

First time at a groomer. They were very helpful and considerate to my super-shy dog. Lots of up front questions, then they took her behind the counter and made sure she would let them touch her, lift her paws, pick up her tail. If she were more skittish this would be even more important. Bravo.

Get paper receipt to pay at the counter, pick up doggo after. A+ and price was great.

Had a small issue with my online order but the cashier was very helpful, called her manager who guided her through the process to ensure I was able to get my order that was mistakenly cancelled. They were both apologetic and made it right. Great customer service from both!

Just had the greatest experience with Carlee! She was so patient and informative about the animals. She even spent time to set up my daughter’s hamster cage. She is definitely passionate about her job and needs a raise!

I love going to Petco. Never had a bad experience here. I would love to take all of the tanked animals home. Very clean store and friendly people

The employee Travis is AMAZING. My daughter is new to being a snake mom and questions if she's doing things right quite often. Travis always takes the time to discuss with her her concerns and gives her advise. So many times she comes out of the store relieved. Thank you Travis, we need more people like you.

Great customer service free treats for my pooch

5 stars for Sabria!
I generally do not expect much from big box pet stores like Petco, but this specific location has a gem named Sabria. You can tell she actually cares about animals and is very knowledgeable about proper care and treatment for pets.
She spent so much time with us helping us understand some of the things we can expect for the lifetime of a variety of pets, including prices, specific diets, enclosures, etc.
I was shocked to find someone this passionate in Petco.
Nice to know they aren't only hiring teens who need a first job and never cared for a pet properly.

Came into the store About a week ago not knowing what to get for my new puppy. I was approached by an awesome Manager named Angela that was able to provide me with all the information and essentials I needed to care for my new pet. Took me Isle by isle to explain what all was needed, gave me an awesome coupon book and told me all about the awesome Savings for enrolling in The Vital Care program. Never seen such awesome customer service in a very long time in Retail itself. All the associates Were very friendly and fast to help My needs. I give this store five stars and an A+!
