The best place for primary care. I am always seen quickly, and efficiently. Dr. Echols is very easy to communicate with about any health issues I have concerns about. She listens intently and creates a concise plan for attacking any problem. I’ve always had a fear of doctors, but she gives great medical advice and doesn’t make me feel like I am overreacting or exaggerating. I always leave her office feeling comforted and reassured.

My experience has been wonderful here with Dr. Echols as my primary care physician. The other reviews had me a little nervous about the alleged unprofessional staff BUT EVERYONE that I encountered was so friendly and helpful. Even through the stress of a new operating system. I did have to wait a little longer than I expected but everyone apologized for the delay and explained that the new operating system was moving slowly, so I didn't mind. I'll be back for sure as I like the environment and staff from the front end to Dr. Schools.

Dr. Kinsey was, for years, the primary care physician for my father before he passed. She always exercised professionalism & always appeared generally concerned for his medical issues. She was friendly and informative. Never a bad experience at this office.

Nice people and a very broken system. Long holds, dropped calls, promised calls back not made, referrals not placed, cancelled/rescheduled appointments. The only way I've been able to get basic care has been to complain to the clinic manager (who was nice). I was not impressed by the nurse practitioner but liked Dr. Miller.

This location is filled with, unfortunately ladies who are not that professional as they have terrible attitudes. While my wait time was not long, my experience was less than mediocre. I was checked in by a secretary who asked me the same questions that were asked by 2 others prior to my appointment and when I asked why I have to repeat myself 3 times she got an attitude. (Back story, called day before my appt, gave all information, received a call 3 hours later to confirm if I was coming to the appointment and was asked the same questions from my initial phone call and then asked again at the office as if the information changed within 24 hours). The dr that assisted me assumed a diagnosis prior to even doing a physical exam and then when I corrected her on my past she breathed heavily as if she was going to have to actually do the work to figure it out. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit this location until they change their staff.

Most of Front office staff is rude. Medical Assistants can be just as rude and tend to stretch the truth. When you ask to speak with the manger over the phone they “try” to get right. I just called to schedule an appointment and was told quickly the doctor didn’t have availability. I asked if anyone else was available and was then asked all of my personal info before I was told a date and time. When I questioned it I was told they have to put that in the system before it shows appointments! Who in the he** would purchase a program like that for scheduling? I have worked front office numerous years in several practices and the ideal scheduling program was the one that gets your patients scheduled and off the phone in a timely manner. I screenshot my time today while scheduling. It was about 12 minutes. The call ended at about 15 minutes! Totally unacceptable, uncaring and unconcerned. She could’ve scheduled and rescheduled an entire 8 hr window within that time if she was efficient.

There’s almost always an issue. I came because of location convenience. Now I’m serious looking to change.I was hoping new ownership under Emory would help but so far it’s proven more staff attitude.,

Was asked to wait in my car for an hr before being admitted to the lobby. Ended up being admitted 2 hrs after my appt. Got a steriod shot, came back for a follow up and was told that "we need to consider surgery" ( he clearly did not understand my issue). 8 months later ,a new doctor, some new and stretches and I'm good as new.
Payment is unnecessarily cumbersome... received a bill 6 months later that did not reflect the quality of medical care I received. The staff was cordial, but I was vert disappointed with logistics and treatment. Will not be returning.

It was my first ever going there and I was extremely comfortable. The front desk people were rude; any questions I asked they looked at me like I was stupid or something. I didn’t like the doctor at all. It was my first time ever being uncomfortable at a doctors office.
