The new PCP who is on the new insurance provider directory was very thorough and engaging!

Love my doctor (Dr. Lawder) and the staff too! He does the best he can for me and listens to my concerns. Doesn’t try too hard to push drugs on me that he believes I need. But knows I hate drugs and not just going to take them till I myself feel there’s a real necessity to take them. I really want to give them a extra compliment for making sure my prescriptions are always ordered and sent to my pharmacy on time. Only been a couple mishaps where they didn’t get sent to the pharmacy in all the years I’ve been a patient here. But they’ve been the most dependable for getting my meds to me on time of any other clinic or hospital that I’ve ever dealt with. Which I ‘be gone to quite a few since I have moved around from state to state! Legacy by far the best of the best in my opinion, there are no better! It’s so nice to have a dependable health facility that I can really depend on and not have to worry if or when I’ll be getting my prescriptions? Especially my pain meds, those are the very last you ever want to be late! So thanks so much Legacy, Dr. Lawder, and of course all the staff for everything you all do. It is very much appreciated!

I have been with The Family Wellness center for a few years now and have had nothing but great experience with them. I was previously with Kaiser for 15 years so it was bit of an adjustment. They can get you in same day usually, very respectful and always on time.

I have been with Family Wellness for many years. Stephanie Bennett has been amazing. I couldn't ask for a a better provider. She truly cares about her paients.

This office with clean , friendly, no waiting, knowledgeable. The. Parking was efficient and Highly recommend this office to anybody seeking medical attention.

Doctor owned, which means they are there for you not their overhead.

I love Stephanie Bennett. She has been providing my care for a number of years and I have always had a good experience with her. I have noticed a decline in patient experience since Legacy took over the clinic. I guess I have been fortunate to not have had a horrible experience. Like I said, there has been a decline in overall patient experience with some of the new Legacy staff. I can deal with that because I receive great care from Stephanie.

I will give three stars cos I have had a very wonderful experience with Dr Christopher ‘kit’ for all my kiddos.. he quickly put in a referral for my
Son’s rehabilitation at the main Salmon creek hospital.. he’s personable and knows his job.

The front desk ladies are great too.
The Medical assistants have been amazing which i appreciate as well
The only issue is that I wanted to have access to my kiddos chats alongside mine and filled out necessary forms.
However whoever works there either was drunk cos they had me access this info then took me off the system without prior notice only cos I dated and signed in the wrong places.
HIPAA or no hipaa I believe it is courteous to let a client know they made a mistake on paperwork then take the necessary steps.
Sorry this may not be the fault of the clinic but the central person that does the medical chart stuff

Sadly, only since the take over by Legacy have things changed for the worse. Prior to that it was the BEST clinic I ever have been to. I don't appreciate the recording telling to check my own chart on line. What am I paying for? I'll be moving my health care to a more personable clinic. My Dr. and the M.A.'s don't seem happier. I'm not happier. Legacy, maybe you have the wrong person running the clinic? I hope you'll investigate the problems because it just hasn't been a positive transition for me...the patient. Or is that not important? The patient??

I would give one star but that doesn't seem fair since I only saw one provider.

Communication is appalling- I had to go get my - test results from their records department to get any answers. I ended up switching providers when a sudden increase in my thyroid hormone levels didn't seem to worry anyone but me (after having some debilitating symptoms). Turns out medication was called in for me by the provider but I was never informed of this and instead suffered for a few more weeks while I waited for them to call- any attempt to call them was met with "we will have them call you".

I wont be back,and my family wont be back. Its not the right clinic for us. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else and the clinic takes a long hard look at how they communicate with their patients.
