We recently sold a house in Centerville, GA with Ms. Osborne and while this can be a very stressful process, we felt 100% confident by partnering with Ms. Osborne. She was truthful, provided great feedback, helped explain clearly all details and managed the sale negotiation very well!!! From the beginning I wasn’t sure how Fickling & Company Realtors was going to work out my behalf. A friend recommended Tonya Chulawat, who work for Fickling. Tonya was sincere, honest and made some recommendations in selling my first house. She worked tirelessly to make it happen. Our house was on market less than two weeks because we had multiple offers on the house. It took about two weeks because the first offer fell through because of a change of mind.
