On Christmas Eve I had the most relaxing mani, pedi, and facial... Lynn was such a sweetheart! My nails look great and my skin feels awesome. Having one person do all my services was a pleasant surprise. The place was really clean and cozy. I have finally found my nail tech and esthetician. I will be back.

Teanna did such an amazing job. She did my nails with care. I allowed her to freestyle and the work turned out great. From this day forward she will be the only one touching my nails. Thanks Teanna.

Very nice atmosphere I really like the fact that its a private intimate environment not like other places where there are many customers especially during Covid-19. The place is clean and inviting and offer a variety of services performed by licensed professionals that speak and understand English

I enjoyed my CBD manicure and pedicure. The place was private, relaxing, and very clean. I will definitely return!

I have NOT used my Groupon. I have tried on numerous occasions to book an appointment. The merchant continues to cancel the appointment. They do not answer the phone or emails. The voice mail is full. They took my money and ran. I want my refund. The reviews for them doing this same thing is abysmal! This is a scam. Please refund my money.

I noticed that they blocked one of my accounts on Facebook after I booked an appointment for today. I used my other account and saw that their page was still up and running. This looks like the law and fraud department needs to get involved.

UPDATE: The Owner finally made communication with me after I'm assuming reading my review. She called to cuss me out and to tell me I was cheap. She told me I was a B several times. She told me she would not be losing sleep over my $15 purchase. (I bought 2 services through Groupon not one.) She was extremely rude and told me I was weird during these COVID-19 times. Sigh. She also claimed they don't get any money from our making purchases on Groupon, unless the service is performed. She wrote I could get a refund through Groupon. Mind you, this was the first communication she has made to me, other than canceling all of my appointment attempts.

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at any nail salon. I came on time for my appointment to find no one was even there. I called and never got an answer or returned call. I rung the ring doorbell hoping to at least talk to someone to reschedule and they never answered. I never got a cancellation email or anything. Just completely unprofessional smh! The really messed up part is the service was already paid for through Groupon so they are accepting payments and not even trying to show up to provide the services. I have no respect for a business owner who can’t even show up to their own establishment or ensure their staff will be capable of running the business in their absence. Its sad when you want to support small businesses just for them to show they don’t even deserve the opportunity. This mishap ended up costing me hours of my time and an extra $50 to get a last minute appointment somewhere else. Not to mention Groupon only gives refunds in Groupon bucks so that’s extra money on top of money already spent. Don’t waste your time or money with these scammers.

I was allowed to sign the Covid waiver when booking online. I showed up to my scheduled appointment on yesterday only for the door to be locked. I rang the bell and waited, no one came. I called the number online as I rang the bell aging. No one answered the door nor the phone. I left a message and no one returned my call. If you’re not going to be at the location please let someone know and reflect that on your website or voicemail introduction.

Bought a pedicure for my wife, building was closed when she showed up for the appointment. No communication, no professionalism, 0 customer service. We reached out several times with no response. Scam artists, avoid this place, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Don't even bother going here they canceled my appointment that I made a week in advance without giving a reason. You can't email or call them because no one answers the phone and their email is full. How the heck is that possible? Horrible customer service especially when I'm a first time customer.

I had an appointment for set up for four days after booking online. These people called me an hour before my appointment and told me there was a computer glitch and they didnt have a masseuse available for my couples massage. Total lack of professionalism. 10/10 would jump into traffic before doing business with them.

I was scheduled for a mobile mani/pedi for Tues, Sept. 1, and no one showed up. I didn't even receive a call/email. I left a message and emailed inquiring what happened, and still haven't heard from them. Terrible service...very disappointing.
