Benton County District Court

Typically I wouldn't rating a courthouse but in this particular scenario I was led off the hook so 5 stars all the way!

I have had numerous occasions to deal with the clerks over last 4 or 5 years on a variety of matters and have found them all to be nice, helpful, efficient, and competent. The couple of times I called they answered and were most helpful. The system is awful, lawyers oughtta be ashamed, but the clerks have been the bright spot.

It was a good experience. Although there was a long line due to the number of people, customer service was great and even helped us with form corrections.

I expected a bad experience but one of the employees here, I believe her name was Rebecca by the nametag on the desk, was so nice and energetic I actually had a good time! I was thoroughly confused but she seemed to know her stuff back and forth. I'm not raving about a helluva good time or anything. But, it was a turnabout from the experience I expected. Thanks a ton!

I was recently notified that I had a warrant in Benton County. The warrant was from 1997. Long story short the matter was resolved, warrant was quashed and charge dismissed..
The clerks were all extremely helpful, patient, kind, and always responded quickly to my emails and calls. I would like to thank Judy at the clerks office for being especially kind and doing so much to help me when I first found out about my situation. I would like to thank Heather Wright for being so very kind to me and emailing me my dismissal documents so quickly. I would like to thank Dashia for her time and double checking that I’d been contacted by the prosecutor. Finally, I would like to thank the Prosecutor, Michael Rio for looking at my case and dismissing my charge and quashing the warrant. They were all amazing!! I hope they are recognized for the time they put in to doing their jobs with integrity and kindness and compassion!!

The woman that answers the phone for dist court is so shady and sassy so funny but kinda unnecessarily rude but I kinda couldn’t help but chuckle anyway just awkward I was like sorry I don’t speak exactly how you want me to 😅😅

Their accounting office is wonderful. They always help me get the information I need in a cheerful and professional manner.
