I had a great time. The workers were friendly. The manager was very friendly and helpful. I can’t remember her name but she was a young black woman. I truly had a wonderful day👍

Such a nice store inside. Always has what we go in there for. They have a mix of variety for just about anything.

I was helped by an associate (possibly named hunter) who absolutely went above and beyond for me and my mom today. Love this store!

The cashier was awesome and very knowledgeable about the deals and savings. The prices are a little high but the cashier made sure I got the best deals!

Really enjoyed myself at Joann's, I got a chance to meet other inspired people who love to sew. We enjoyed each other stories and shared helpful tips for our upcoming project. I found some nice patterns and fabric to make some new outfits for spring and summer. Here thwy are.😊

I was looking for clips to attach gloves for my 4 year old Grandson, Stevey Jr.'s coat.Atlanta is having extremely cold weather this week.I was able locate many other helpful items for myself, as well.
My clerk was very friendly and kind.

Val was so helpful to us today with the fabrics. She gave us some great information about interfaces and was patient with us on our questions and selections. Carrie was also assisting in the back and was very polite to us and the other customers. Mirra rang us up and greeted everyone that came in the store and was friendly and pleasant. I will visit this location again and am grateful for the staff

The store is well organized and the sales associates are helpful. I go here pretty often for crafting, home decor, and fabrics, and I always have a good experience. Plus they have amazing coupons and will let you double up!

Went there yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed seeing fabric again. Store was clean, but what really mattered most was the friendliness of the employees. Both the young lady cutting the fabric and the lady at the cash register were very friendly and helpful. Store still not completely bsticked with fabric, but much better than last visit to Joann in Macon.

Did you know that Joann has sales on sewing patterns--$1.98! These patterns can cost $10 - 30.00!
It's been years since I bought a pattern and was trying to find it in Walmart at full price and accidentally found it in Joann on sale!
Joann also has a great selection of affordable fabrics. The customer reps are friendly and also very helpful.

They have sales every week, sometimes 2 or 3 sales in a week. I have found it best to go and be done with your shopping before 6pm on the last day of a sale. At 6pm they start removing the sale signs and replacing them with the sale signs for the next week. It makes it more difficult for me to find what I'm looking for. But I love this store!

Friendly and engaging employees! The lady in fabric who folds to perfection. Big shouts out to the young lady at the front who was operating two registers at the same time to keep the line moving swiftly. I hope that the company/ management values the tenacity of this employee!!!

Good deals if you plan your trips in conjunction with sales and coupons. Very friendly staff! Helped me find something at another store because they didn't carry it there.
