I recently traded in my iPhone 13 for the new iPhone 15, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The customer service I received was excellent from start to finish. The staff was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly helpful in addressing all the technical issues I had during the transition.

They patiently guided me through the entire process, from transferring my data and settings to setting up the new phone. They made sure everything was seamless and hassle-free. The attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.

Overall, the trade-in process for the iPhone 15 was smooth, thanks to the exceptional customer service. I'm delighted with my new device and grateful for the support I received during the upgrade.

Make sure you ask for Adria or Justin as they double teamed my account to make sure my 16 years of loyalty was well worth it.

LET ME START OFF WITH I had the most exceptional experience at the AT&T store in Conyers, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Justin. Not only did he assist me in acquiring the new iPhone 15, but he also went above and beyond to resolve lingering issues from a past account, showing incredible dedication and expertise.

The warm welcome extended by the store manager and the overall pristine environment made my visit even more enjoyable. They guided me through the selection of a fantastic case and screen protector for my new device, ensuring I left fully satisfied and well-equipped.

After visiting three different stores in search of a phone, the support and attention to detail I received here stood out remarkably. Even if it means driving from Stone Mountain again, this AT&T store has undoubtedly earned my future business. The store and staff is amazing. Recently moved to 140 old Salem road suite 200-300 conyers Ga 30013. Located in the academy Sports & outdoors shopping center next to the nail salon. The store did not move to flat shoals rd. Come see them in the new location in the Academy Sports& outdoors shopping center. This is the Corporate location!!!

My Mom passed away in November. The customer service phone help was absolutely terrible when trying to pay her bills. I was able and ready to pay but they wouldn’t give me any information because my Mom had passed. I was directed to my local AT&T. I went in prepared to do battle but I didn’t have to. Brian, Jordan and Terrell really showed compassion for my situation. I can’t tell you how much this meant. People go through a lot and the death of a loved one is hard, dealing with no-customer service makes it so much harder. Going into the store was an extra step but this location made me feel seen and heard. The empathy and professionalism was off the charts. Thank you.

I just got finished upgrading my phone with my dad. Let me tell you, the service is FANTASTIC! We both needed everything transferred from our old phones to our new phones and Justin and Scott were great at helping us. They were friendly knowledgeable and patient. Justin added a special touch by putting our cases and screen protectors for us and making sure we had everything transferred, he helped get emails setup etc. The service was pretty fast keep in mind transfers take at least 30 minutes so we joked, talked football (my favorite subject btw), and about the differences between Apple and Android. I recommend going early during the day so you don't have to hassle with the crowd. I HIGHLY recommend this store everyone is so kind and on point.

Was knowledgeable, and friendly and assisted with my purchase of a new iPad and Apple watch. Highly recommend this store.

I came into this location with a couple of issues. I first worked with tyreaka and she helped give me a better understanding of my options and gave her recommendations. She is very professional. While working, Marqus was an amazing team player and was helping where he could. He is very positive and helped me destress from all my current issues with my phone. I had to leave and come back and had the amazing opportunity work with Tyra. Wow. So professional and accommodating, I know that’s right. She is a model employer and deserves a raise for how much she helped saved the day! In my opinion she would be a great trainer to teach other new hires her amazing tactics. I am so grateful for Tyra, Marques, and Tyreaka . They are a great trio! They all deserves major accolades for how they handled business. Makes me a proud at&t customer.

Jeremiah Hogan, has the best Customer Service ever. I came in upset with being less than a week of being a new customer. Jeremiah’s smile and and his approach with a pleasant attitude and personality, fixed the several issues with my account. I think that Jeremiah needs to be a Customer Service Trainer.
