McDonald's

I've been to this McDonald's often but I've never met such a nice manager. Ms. Tracy was the kindest person I've ever met. She was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything came out fast, especially since I had such a big order. She asked us if we needed a cup holder and bags so politely and smiled through everything she said. She made sure to tell my Mother and I to have an amazing day, I had to make sure I went back inside to get her name. Thank you for everything you do Ms Tracy with a "Y"

great mcdonald’s and the staff were very kind. They have a free burger and fries for getting my order late. Honestly one of the better mcdonald’s in georgia so if you need a place to stop by and eat this is the place

Ms.Pam and I think the manager was jarard or rashard but when I say best customer service I've received in a long time I mean it it was the best. I really don't eat McDonald's for my child but when I say I'll go out my way just to get some service from them I mean it. I appreciate them both this morning if y'all see this keep being yourself thank you

They’re always nice to me and usually get my food right (i order my stuff plain) but don’t get a milkshake unless you wanna mix it yourself 😂

I picked up my food but the ladies on the windows were wonderful professionals. The food was not greasy, the order delivered correctly, and efficiently, and quickly! I'm over impressed with this store!

It was a drive through experience.
They were kind and courteous. My food was prepared promptly
and I was back on the road in no time!

Very impressed. Drive-thru was easy. Had to pull over but they were busy. Everyone was very kind. Food came out fresh and hot. They deserve the praise.

Staff is always friendly ... do have to wait on mobile order most of the time, but not big deal.

I was very happy with the service. Real clean. Easy to drive to and return to highway.

The only location that always has good ice vanilla coffee.

I love the fact that the mc rib is back!!! Service is always awesome and fast hot food!!!

Never thought I’d give McDonalds a good review but this McDonalds is always on point. The food is always fresh, customer service is great and they are always cleaning when I come into the restaurant. It’s the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been too.

Food was a little over cooked. The staff was very friendly and happy. Great employees.

This morning crew was on top of it. My order was ready in less than 2 minutes!
Everyone here had pleasant words for all their customers

How can two people work so well together? I came through drive through the other day, after my order was taken a young man at the back window who said his name was Boss, took my money so politely he even said see you tomorrow , I thought about this and was like yes will! He smiled I went forward and another young lady greated me asked my order and smiled while giving me my food and again she said , see you tomorrow. I had to ask her name , this was my first time hearing this. She told me her name was Serenity. Has anyone else encountered these two? So young and polite. I thank you both for the experience.
I do know I see these two often when I come in the morning.

Was pleasantly surprised that the young girl taking my order was polite. Normally you just get....what's your order? And then basically throw the bag at you while they are not even looking at you. Good help is hard to find these days. That was not the case on this visit. Thankyou for being polite.

Finally a McDonald's with hot fresh food thanks.

That was my review 5 months ago.. I had no complaints at all.. Today February 7th 2023 is a totally different opinion.. I am not a Karen or P.C. about this review. So McDonald's treats there inside customers like Walmart does..I do have a complacent temperament at times,but today was whole different atmosphere all together..Look I don't get a paycheck from Walmart or McDonald's. I do believe I am the customer here, so I thought.. I guess I was wrong to think that this morning.I was at McDonald's around 6:30 maybe 6:45 I wanted to get a ice Carmel coffee plus a oatmeal breakfast that cost about 5 or 6 dollars.. I do believe that does contribute to the salaries and etc. for the McDonald's corp. Not a lot but you want my money to help pay correct? I was directed to use the kiosk to place my order it wouldn't accept my bank card, so the machine directed me to the counter to place my order. There where a few people waiting for their orders.. So I used the facilities and came back to counter, where I played the same game again, card wouldn't work.. So I waited for approx. 10 to 15 minutes while they services only the drive through customers. A young polite gentleman approached and ask could he help me. I gave my order,but the registers where not open for him to place my order. He tried to get help from a not so nice gentleman who proceeded to tell him tell her to use the kiosk to place my order.. remember my card won't work.. The young man looked confused and apologize to me.. Here we go ..The older gentleman started F**k that B***h we getting slammed by the drive through.
