I walked in the store looking for a snake for my toilet. A store associate by The name of Jimmy K noticed I was walking around looking lost. Jimmy K says, "Hi, can I point you in the right direction". I said, yes please.
Jimmy K directed me excactly where to go. Thank you Home Depot for hiring Jimmy K he is an asset to your company and his willingness to provide exceptional customer service will keep bringing the consumers in. I had a great exceptional experience and felt @ home and welcomed thanks to Jimmy K. Thank you Jimmy K 🙂

Ok, I usually don't rate stores like homedepot, but these guys do a great job. There is always someone around to help you find things, they have all the products in stock and you can get out of there pretty fast!

It's always better service at Home Depot than at Lowes. The layout of the HD stores are more consistent also

Shavonie in the paint department was absolutely wonderful, involved, and was knowledgeable about paint, shades and things you might need and the brands that they sold. I am glad I didn't buy paint from Lowe's after my bad experience and we went to home depot instead.

This store is really nice and has a wide range if items for all your needs. I constantly buy items here and today they really took care of me. A couple of days ago I purchased a lawn mower which apparently had been returned and reshelfed and some items were missing. Store manager Tana, Assistant Manager Marisol and a nice boy named Sherwin assisted us quickly and resolved our problem.

The store is huge, wide varieties of options and the prices that they sell are affordable. They have machines which you can rent, they have paint l, daily accessories for home, screw kits and many other things. They have a water fountain by restroom and they sell drinks as well like red bull etc.

As rental properties manager, we do a lot of renovation around town and for the last 2 homes we renovated in Conyers, we used this home depot a lot. Prices weren't bad and we get a lot help from the associates

Very helpful staff I was helped with completing a very difficult back wall for my boutique clothing store. It turned out great! Thank you for the liquid nails, matched pink paint for my color scheme, and cutting all my wood and moulding! Best people out there!

Nice stuff inside and nice outdoors stuff - plants are super pretty and bird houses are cute

Best interaction I've had at a Home Depot, hands down, was with Kisha and Tesha at the pro-desk this week! If you are a contractor or in need of materials in bulk, these ladies will make the process smooth sailing! So kind, personable, quick to respond, and eager to help! Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.

I had a rather large pickup, Lucero (Lucy) from the customer service desk assisted me. She made sure that my order was pulled correctly, she kept me abreast on when it would be ready, and when it was ready she assisted me in bringing it to my truck. She actually showed that she was interested in helping me, even as she constantly helped other customers as my order was being filled. Thank you for your professional courtesy and assistance Lucero (Lucy).

I just want to shout out to Michael Jackson!! The one and only!! He is so amazing and understands what customer service really is. That is so hard to find these days. He is definitely an asset. I will definitely be back. You go Michael!

Mr. Jalik provided excellent customer service to my family by helping us while working with the sheetrock and woodwork departments today.

After a long month of trying to get a flooded bathroom replaced. I had a few issues with items being delivered to the wrong address. The customer service at the Covington store took so much of their time to rectify an issue that they had nothing to do with. I was a very stressed-out person. They were so kind and helpful. Again, the issues were not caused by them or their stores. But they helped me get squared away and thanked me with a smile. I will always use the Covington Home Depot. Fabulous helpful, sweet people.

This was my first time getting a home depot credit card. I didn't know what to do or how to even start. Jody was awesome. She explained everything to me perfectly. She answered all my questions and she put my mind at ease with the process. I loved her customer service. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Me and my friend came in looking for a shiny silver spray paint. When we couldn't find what we were looking for I asked an associate, for help. Khalil S. Went above and beyond to help us. At checkout Amaiya, helped us as well. Great experience!!

I just love the smell of fresh cut wood. I just go by the lumber dept. And pretend to be looking for items. Workers are nice, but not so knowledgeable on where items are. They mostly give you ballpark where the item is at or could be.
