Walmart Supercenter

So I’m a guava girl when it comes to flavored drinks but I’ve never eaten one, until I browsed Walmart’s produce section! I was excited/nervous about trying it plus I did some research on how eat it(You tube University) help ease those nerves lol…

I'm not a fan of most Wal-Mart's, but this one is always stocked. The check out experience is the same as all stores, there is never enough cashiers!! Since that's considered normal, I gave them 5 stars for the staff and available products. There are always people stocking the shelves. Get more cashiers please. Real people. Fast and efficient.

I want to give a VERY BIG SHOT OUT to the online site to store pick-up crew. This was my first time doing online pickup, and I was nervous. There were several cars there, but my wait time was no more than 10 minutes. The young man came to my car, explained how everything works, and how to verify the items. He made my experience go super smooth. I would definitely recommend online pickup. The young man was so professional and very helpful. I wish I would've got his name. He told me he's a senior in high school, and I believe he wears braces. Walmart, you need more employees like him!

This location is a great representation of how efficient all Walmarts should be. I’m usually in and out the door when shopping in person. I’m most impressed by their delivery service as I order often- seems to be a well oiled machine and I’m highly impressed! Good job mgmt and associates, YALL ROCK!

Be careful ful I love this place your going to money? We always got what you suspend wisely my friends I mean don't hesitate to spend your money I just make sure you get what you need

Walmart in Covington on Salem Road has the best customer service ever. Purchased a damaged TV, C/S coach Crystal and Store lead Teneshia helped make the return process go smoothly.

I went to Walmart Covington (Salem Road) to get some mounting tape for a home project. I ran into Annette and asked her to point me in the right direction to find what I needed. I was pleasantly surprised that she not only pointed me to multiple sections of the store (hardware and crafts), she walked me over to each and helped me read the labels after asking questions about my project and my needs.

Now that's what I call 5⭐customer service. Thanks, Annette! Walmart, give her a raise!

Always love Walmart. It a great place one stop shopping to buy just about anything you need or want. And receive some pretty good bargains in the process. For the garden center to the grocery center. Everything you need at one store. If this is helpful please like my review. I have more pictures also.

Funny thing to leave a review about, but this Walmart has the cleanest / nicest bathrooms I’ve ever seen at a Walmart location. I’m literally leaving a 5 star review because of that. Also, the subway isn’t full of shoppers with groceries. That’s a huge +

Curbside service was fast and friendly. Store was fully stocked no substitutions.

This wallmart is by far the best store in Covington. it is well stocked up and you won't find empty out of items or items not stocked. Clean well organized and helpful employees. This store makes the store on industrial in Covington look bad. This store has a large selection of sugar free candy for those looking to stay fit.

Exceptional experience yesterday at Walmart. It's not often that I shop at Walmart. I came in to try to replace my frame at the Vision center. Lee advised me over the phone that he had to inspect the glasses to see if he could replace the frame on the same day. I arrived 30 mins. before closing. My expectations were low to complete the task. Lee provided me with excellent customer service. He had me in and out in no time. We did some additional shopping. Shea was our cashier. We had a number of items. Shea was patient, friendly, & helpful!

We love our Walmart. It's small enough to find everything. Nice store layout. Friendly associates.

This location is BY FAR, the best operated store in the Conyers and Covington area. It is always clean, the employees are friendly and the shelves stay well stocked. Also, the pick-up portion is the best around! The management at this location is clearly top-notch.

I want to thank The Walmart Employee, Jasmine who was working the self check out this afternoon. The card reader was not working properly and she came and worked diligently for over 30 min helping us get our items paid for. She even removed and re-rang every item for us. She did not seem aggravated or irritated to help us at all. The best part was, she did it with a smile on her face and joy in her heart. That is what great customer service is supposed to be. Thank you jasmine for reminding me that people do still have pride in their jobs and that customer service is not dead.
