David in the flooring department of the Lowe’s located in Conyers GA I believe store #1076 is great at his job, both knowledgeable and customer friendly. I had spoke to several people trying to order a large quantity of carpet and padding. David was the only person who was willing to take the time to help me find a solution to ordering carpet to a location 1700 miles away from me. Others, I spoke to at varying stores, brushed me off and said there was nothing they could do. David shows all the qualities of what a good leader/manager should have which are integrity, self-awareness, courage, respect, empathy, and gratitude. Thank you David for being awesome. If you have a bonus system you deserves one!

This is a clean, organized and well stocked Lowe’s store. The staff here are friendly, efficient and very professional. This Lowe’s store carries Homestead Hummingbird nectar, which is one of the few that doesn’t add red dye. Studies have shown red dye to be harmful to their diet. So if you’re not making your own this is the next best thing.

Older guy named John was very helpful. Stay with me until I found all my products. We don't get customer service like that anymore awesome

This Lowe's always has great quality plants! I have also experienced great customer service Everytime I have visited! They usually have a good sale on a variety of items like lawn mowers and other lawn care equipment, which makes shopping for big items like that a little less terrifying. The employees are always welcoming and helpful if you have any questions. I will definitely shop here whenever I need anything for home improvement!

I've picked up a bunch of stuff from this location on several different trips. It's always well stocked not too busy so it's easy in and out. On our latest trip an associate was very helpful and grabbed a storm door us. He said I was tall enough, maybe if I drink more milk I can reach it next time.

Went inside to quickly get some blinds for the house. They had exactly what I was looking for! Lowe's has a good selection of most home things, and there's not too much. It's a good variety.

I'm writing this because I had a really bad experience in a Lowes in Macon, and I didn't write a review for it. THIS LOWES in Conyers was EXCELLENT. So, I decided to write a review. This happened on Memorial Day 2023. I was buying paint to touch up some mistakes I made. While I was there I decided to pick up an additional can of another color for touch up. I picked out a base and picked the color. The short, lovely woman helping me advised me I had the wrong base. She listened to what I was trying to do and pointed me to another base that was a more economical option. She even stiffled her laugh when I told her why I had to buy the touch up paint, which was really polite on her part, but the story is funny and it was totally fine to laugh.

Now that I'm putting the paint on my wall, it looks great. I'm so happy with it. I don't know her name but thank you nice lady who worked in the paint department on Memorial day around 2ish the afternoon.

They seem to have steeped up their game. I have seen either the manager or assistant manager on the sales floor the last few times I have visited. He even spoke to us and thanked us for shopping with them that day. Employees seem to be gathering more engaging than in the past. Whatever has changed has changed my desire to shop this particular store. Good job!

I had the absolute pleasure being assisted by Craig in the paint department. He was very friendly, patient and exceptionally knowledgeable. Employees with such amazing attributes should be recognized and cherished as an asset to Lowes.

The highlight of my visit was not the amazing deal I received when purchasing blinds for my home. It was the outstanding customer service provided by Raymond. This young man went above and beyond the call of duty to provide quality customer service and to ensure all expectations were met. To be honest, this rating could have easily reflected a 2 star score, but when there is an employee who is willing to dedicate the time and energy towards a customer's experience, sometimes that can make all the difference regardless of the outcome.

Kudos to Raymond. Give this man a RAISE, Lowes.

I had ordered a few items that were only available online. When I got there I went straight to the online pickup counter, the representative asked for my surname which I gave. He went to where they're stored and came back in back in less than five (5) minutes.
The entire experience was acceptable and I give Lowe's thumbs-up 👍 👍
