Dollar Tree

This is a very large dollar tree. The store is clean, organized And well stocked. I like the store set up. I’ve seen a few done like this and it’s very effective. It’s easy to move through the store, find everything you want and go to the checkout. There’s plenty of parking with easy access to the store. There were several checkouts open. The staff is friendly, efficient and professional.

Store was very neat, clean, and organized. Staff was very kind and polite. I haven't been to this store for almost a year, so I took my time and really enjoyed my time there. Must have been an hour or more. I noticed a guy following me. It was security. I don't know why he was checking me out. I was only shopping. I'm 61 years old. I'm not about going to jail for something that cost $1.25. So keep up the good work Dollar Tree. I still love ya. 😁

Amazing customer service team and always a friendly face inside. Dollar tree is becoming the next Walmart as it should. I get tired of all of those crowded outsourced conglomerations paying employees low wages, providing no customer service training, and having unsafe long lines during the pandemic without limits to building capacity or safety regulations for social distancing. This is my favorite Dollar Tree. Great selection and always the first to have new seasonal products.

As always...no matter what state...I love Dollar Tree!!!

This location is great because it carries a wide range of products such as tide, and little derbies snack cakes. This location has a great array of different departments. Most dollar stores have aisles that carry multiple items of varying products but here they have actually department / areas. They have house hold which includes food products, household cleaning supplies, and household items such as spoons, strainers, etc. They have frozen food here. They have a snack zone which you don't see in many other dollar tree. That aisle sells snacks two in a pack as well as other snacks in smaller package size. Overall it's great just based on the large variety of items that it carries across all departments. Anyone shopping here will find useful stuff.

As a full-time traveler, I've visited a ton of Dollar Tree locations around the U.S., but this my first review. In my mind, I figured, "You've seen one Dollar Tree, you've seen them all..." That was true until I encountered an employee, Randy, who went out of his way -- above and beyond -- to ensure that we found everything we were looking for and to be as helpful as possible. He proved himself to be an asset to the company, and it is extremely clear that he takes pride in his job and honestly cares about the reputation of his corporation, in general, and his store in particular. Great job, Randy!

The staff is always friendly at this store. My wife and I go there primarily for the cleaning chemicals, storage containers and the Fast Bite sandwiches. They also have cold drinks (sodas, energy drinks) there, very convenient!

Ms. Judy, Cashier, (very last register) on Thursday, 4/24/19 at around 4:00pm or a bit after, gave me the most excellent customer service at the Conyers GA Hwy.138 location... She went out of her way to make sure that my shopping experience was great... The best experience I've had at any Dollar Tree Store ever!!! Thanks Ma'am for being absolutely amazing... I worked for Publix Supermarkets for 18 years, I can assure you, they'd love having you as an employee & can promise you, they'd pay better too!!!! I'm just saying... Had to retire early due to disability from major heart issues or I'd still be with them!!!!

Store manager Clay is a kind compassionate young man.. I was checking out, and he saw my cane, i had at the time.. He walked over without a word, smiled n proceded to walked me out and pushed my groceries to my car. He loaded everything in. I tried to tip him, and he refused. He then gave me a warm hug just like my son would do.... (I needed it that day) he could actually see that.. Hes an Angel.. Thank you Clay. The rude store manager around 6 miles away, next to Tavas pizza is an awful place.. She wouldnt help me because she was on a business call.. Actually I heard her on the phone with a family member laughing while I waited 20 minutes for her.. I called the district manager as this was a common practice at this store to voice my complaints and look for His assistance on the matter. His name is Mark and after many many texts and calls he never replied, I realized he' just another absent Districtict manager. Who doesn't give a hoot over his stores.. . Shame on you Mark!..
That is why I appreciated Clay. He is an amazing young man with a big heart..

Edward and the overnight merchandising manager saved my ocd brain from exploding. They found the fall tablecloths that i desperately needed. I had been to 4 other stores and this store went above and beyond to help me get them. You can't find amazing customer service like that these days. Thank you so much!

Love Dollar Tree. Saves me so much money on cleaning supplies for house and car. And they have some cute decorations for your house. Highly recommend, especially for people that like myself are on a tight budget.

There was a customer service person named Angela who went above and beyond twice for me!. I needed one more candy cane headband for my 4th grade girls. I needed them for our holiday play. She stopped what she was doing to go in back and look through boxes and she came out with three more!! Then I found small Christmas lunch boxes to fill with goodies but there were only six and I needed twelve. Once again Angela went to look through the new shipment and found a box filled with the small lunch boxes.

Wide variety of things that you need every day to things you've never seen before

Very orderly store. It was a pleasure to walk the isles. Everything in place and not strewn about. Staff was polite and professional.

Love this place. I’m walking down every aisle and have to really restrain myself from buying. Come in here with willpower or you will spend a fortune lol. Can’t even remember why I came in. I always enjoy my time shopping here.

Lots of neat stuff for only a buck. Today, I bought my granddaughter a bag full of coloring books, crayons, pencils, etc. for only $7. Same quality as Walmart.

This DT has a wide selection of items. It's very clean and well-organized. The floor gentleman was helpful. Thanks!
