I purchased a gift card for my mother. I went back and treated myself to a full detail wax included. The customer service is amazing and fast. The prices are very reasonable. SUV was shine, and clean inside and outside.

I had a WONDERFUL experience here!!! I have visited several different car washes in town and always leave those establishments feeling disappointed because my car still requires additional cleaning, which I handle on my own when I get home. That was not the case here! I got "works package" and it was worth every penny. Some of the areas I was really impressed with were the windows, seats, dashboard, cupholders, and door arm rests. These are all areas that normally get neglected by other car washes! The person wiping my car down at the end was extremely detail oriented and made sure that all of the bugs/smudges were removed from my front bumper and windshield, which again - is something I always have to follow up with when I use other car washes. I really enjoyed my experience here and plan to use them again!

I have included some pictures of my bumper so you can see how well they cleaned it! Any spots you see are strictly from normal wear and tear (rock chips/missing paint).

My friend had her car taken care of here. Employees were wonderful especially the gentleman who was drying off her car! The friendliness one of all.

One of the few places in Shreveport that does both exterior and interior cleaning. I’ve been looking all over for a place like this and I’m so glad I found it. They take their time cleaning your car. After it goes through the typical car wash machine, the staff hand wash the interior AND exterior of the car as well. I’d recommend getting “The Works” if you want the exterior and interior cleaned.

My husband and I took his new GMC truck in to the Auto Mall Car Wash and Lube! They were friendly and affordable. They had fresh coffee for while their customers wait! They did a great job! New management that has made great changes. Improved sprayers etc. plus they have much happier employees! Great job!

I've had my cars washed here many times and always had a good experience. Today I got a rain voucher that says I get a free wash if it rains within 24 hours. I thought that was above and beyond. Great job overall

My old battered car was treated like it was a very expensive brand new vehicle today at the Auto Mall Car Wash. From the men vacuuming the floors to the young man that wiped down the exterior and interior. He really made my day with his attention to detail. Thank you so much!

Excellent place to get your vehicle to detailed. Took them about 3 hours but my car which was filthy before, looks like a BRAND NEW CAR! There wasn't a single bit of dirt or anything on the inside when they finished. They conditioned the leather, shampoo'd my carpets, and it looks like a brand new car. Highly recommended!

Awesome carwash. Great managers. Very polite. Good service. And they put customers first. You should get the works. And tip the cashier. She's a cutie.

ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND DO AN EXCELLENT JOB ON ALL MY VEHICLES. THE OWNER IS USUALLY PRESENT AND HE TENDS TO BUSINESS. THEY ARE BUSY SO IT MAY TAKE 30 MIN BUT WORTH IT. THE DETAIL MEN OUT FRONT WILL DO A GREAT JOB AND TAKE INSTRUCTIONS IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL REQUEST. I WALK AROUND MY VEHICLE AND CHECK IT. ANY BUG SPOTS NOT QUITE GONE OR ROAD TAR I WILL ASK TO BE REMOVED IS ALWAYS DONE. I DO TIP THEM WELL AND BETTER IF IT IS REALLY NEAR PERFECT.

I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS AND USE IT OFTEN. MUCH BETTER THAN ANY OTHERS IN THE AREA

It was slow, so I saw better service than when their busy. The gentslmsn that dryed our car took pride in his work. Very satisfied.

The automated part of the wash does a very nice job and the detail fellows are very good and are especially cordial and friendly. The cost for the services are very competitive also.

The building has seen better days but the service is still top notch. Go mid day for minimal wait time.

Workers outside very efficient and nice. They worked really hard getting the bugs iff. Which is so appreciated.

More bang for your buck! Its like having your car detailed every time you get an oil change, but for much less $$.
