Baymont by Wyndham Provo River

We stayed at Baymont by Wyndham for a weekend to go to a family reunion. The check-in and out was a breeze. The staff members are very polite and friendly. They also offer a breakfast room but we had only time for some coffee and bagels, but they have a variety of other baked goods, drinks and waffles. I highly recommend Baymont by Wyndham, Provo. :)

Stayed Wednesday November 1st, 2023. Good communication with desk clerk/owner. Explained where our room was located, offered information on the complimentary breakfast from 6-9am. We enjoyed a quiet & clean room with comfortable king bed. The bath shower had plenty of hot water & good pressure. The hot coffee was excellent, waffles, bagels blueberry mini-muffins, cereal, toast fruit & oatmeal. A great all around experience. Thank you!

This is our go to motel in Provo. It is situated in a convenient, lovely area next to the Provo River. We enjoyed the indoor pool this trip and found the room clean and comfortable.

Accommodating, clean, and you can cast a line from the patio the Provo River is so close. Monster trout and a well kept property.

I love this place is for it all here that you need and even want to have at a monthly hotel that's for sure 100%!

Service was great and friendly. Hotel is old and needs a remodel but location was nice and safe. Enjoyed walking along the river. It was clean and had everything we needed and the price was right. We forgot our daughters blanket and they immediately found it and kept it for us until we went back and got it! Would recommend this place!

Hot tub temp was perfect. Nice pool area.

We were pleased. The breakfast is nice, the rooms aren't fancy, but they are clean and nice. The hot tub was out of order when we first arrived, we were really sad about it and asked the front desk about it. Within 4 hours they had it fixed and we were able to enjoy swimming and the hot tub. I was highly impressed with that kind of customer service. It's not the fanciest place, but for the price it is beyond excellent!

We stayed here for 8 days over winter break, including through Christmas. The pool was always nice, hot tub always hot. We only ate the breakfast twice but it was nice each time. Housekeeping was great and attentive, stopping by whenever we requested. I'd give 4.5 stars if I could as there were some issues with the building access doors not always working, but all in all we'd stay here again.

The staff was polite and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the pool was great! Mom and dad relaxed in the hot tub while the kids played. The continental breakfast was better than most 4 star hotels! I would definitely stay again!

A little dated. But its still an awesome motel. Rooms are very clean. Staff is friendly. There is no elevator but who can't handle a flight of stairs when you're all jacked up on Mountain Dew.

It was very nice staying here, I remember. It was definitely better than that terrible Days Inn we stayed at. The pool was very nice, the rooms clean and bathroom worked. There was no problem with the staff, and I remember the receptionist was super friendly every encounter. Breakfast was good and it was brought out fresh 2 times, the pool area was very nive and clean as well. Overall, the stay was great and I hope this place gets more notoriety.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was convenient to several restaurants and our bank.

I was a little disappointed in the quality of the beds (mostly because I have a bad back), but I am giving a full 5 stars because the place is very clean and the staff has been so amazing. They are willing to answer any questions and they go out of their way to make sure we're taken care of in every way possible. My family and I have been staying in one of their suites and it's so big and beautiful and has a Jacuzzi tub. Also, housekeeping comes by every day and does an amazing job of cleaning our room and making sure we have everything we need. I would recommend this place 110%!💞💞💞

Not a great spot for access the the highway but the folks running are good people. The room I stayed in needed some attention mainly the bathroom floor but not bad just loose tiles.

5-Star Customer Service-the hotel staff was great to work with! They helped us with everything we needed including an error in the day of our reservation to getting us a crib for our baby. Our room was clean and neat. We had a very nice stay and at an amazing price! We highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and nice. This hotel has a calm, peaceful environment when compared to other places I've stayed at. Very clean. Very nice breakfast and breakfast area. The location next to the Provo River is exceptional. Nice pool and hot tub. Lovely courtyard. I would most definitely recommend this place!

Service desk was very friendly. Pool is open till midnight which is really awesome! Room was normal, tho cleaner than some places I've been. The remote for the tv is even specially made to be easy to sanitize. The bathtub, although not especially big, was a decent size for a shower. Plenty of towels. Plenty of pillows, too, nice soft ones not this 2 dollar Wal-Mart stuff. Maybe I'm used to hotels with cheap stuff but the price I paid for this place waswhat I'm used to so win win. Breakfast was good, a bit extra than your normal continental. Overall I got more than what I paid for in my eyes. Would stay again.

Best buy. Great indoor pool and spa. Always clean with nice hospitality staff. Also, the breakfasts are the bomb. Buffet, not just continental. We've come here ten times in the last few years for stay cations, and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a hotel.

Overall the hotel was good. A great location nice and quite in the somewhat center of Provo. The breakfast was pretty good, not as many options as some but still had, eggs, waffle maker, cereal, etc. Pool was bring refurbished. First floor room had some noise issues.
